The Dr was good. Didn't rush me explained things and said to follow up if the systems don't go away after medication. The front staff could be nicer. The washroom had no T.P. or paper towel so I told them they didn't seem to care.

Front staff are rude, doctor is unhelpful and uninformed. Please don't waste your time going here even if the wait time is short. Wait the couple hours at another clinic instead if you want to actually be properly assessed.

Horrible experience. Wife needs stitches. They asked if we’ve gone anywhere first because the wait will be an hour and a half. Meanwhile she’s bleeding profusely. Very rude front desk lady. Not friendly or helpful at all. Very unprofessional almost to the point of being rude

The front staff leaves much to be desired. They pick and choose which days they decide to be polite and use some proper phone etiquette.But… Dr Shukla is fantastic. His no-nonsense approach to his work coupled with his God given sense of humour makes for one great doctor.I

ROSE the new Filipina clerk is very very rude! i phone this morning to asked for phone appointment because i am covid positive, i am only asking to get a prescription drug for my asthma! she declined , i beg her please ask the Doctor first and if he do not want , then it's fine. she insist NO! she passed the phone to her co-worker, then i talked to the other clerk, she say YES to me and said, the doctor will call me later, we hang up. Then, i decided to phone again because i want to speak to the Filipina that keeps on declining me, i spoke to her, i told her that she should know their protocols and please DO NOT DISCRIMINATE people with COVID, we are living in Canada not in the Philippines. I am from the Philippines too but this ROSE is very very rude person, i am asking her name and she hangs up on me! drop the phone too hard! VERY VERY RUDE PERSON AND HER name is ROSE!!!!

Went here to get some medicine, and they didn't prescribe anything and had to go to shoppers drug mart to get the stuff I needed for a sinus infection. AND they made my wife pay for her sick note. These clowns don't deserve to run a clinic if they cannot be bothered to treat people.

Probably one of the worst clinics in the whole city. Rude staff, rude doctors, and usually long wait times. I went in October for a dog bite, which punctured my skin, and hit bone. (i am a dog groomer) I was not sent away for xrays. they seemed to be more concerned with who the dog was and who the owners of said dog were than my injury. i gave no information to them, mostly due to their rudeness. i was given pain meds, and sent away. I went back today (5months later) with severe arm pain, numbness, swelling and tingling sensations just to be told to take advil and buy a wrist splint. I have been dealing with this pain since october when i was bit, and have tried wrapping my arm and taking tylenol, etc. Nothing is getting better, in fact the pain just seems to be getting worse every day. Even when i broke down crying, the doctor remained detached, unsympathetic and all around rude. He tried to tell me it's just tendinitis, and that it will go away. How can you know that for sure just by looking at it, with no xrays, or advice from a nerve or tendon specialist???? My bone is sticking out further than it should be if you compare it to my other wrist, and it is swollen. This dog bite left scars on me. The doctor asked what i wanted him to do. Like??? idk?? should you not know that? Youre the expert. He was rude, rushed me out the door, and only offered pain meds in possibly the most condescending way i have ever experienced from a medical professional, if you can even call him one. He had no inclination of what was wrong with my arm, no answers for me and no effort to find any answers. He had no time frame on how long my arm would be in pain either. Probably the worst experience i have ever had with a doctor. I was only offered a referral because i demanded one. i declined the pain meds and left with no answers on what is really going on with me. I dont want to have to be on pills my whole life to manage pain but even if i HAD to be, he had no information for me about any details on the matter. I think the dog that bit me has more brain cells than the doctors at this clinic. I have had other not great experiences here, but thought id give them a second shot. i will not be returning to this clinic, ever. i left in tears, and feeling hopeless. i would give -5 stars if it were possible.

I’ve never had a bad experience here, quick waiting staff, helpful staff and overall good

Left with more problems then what I came in with. The visit had a negative impact on my mental health and well being. I'll never go back. The doctor seemed offended at almost everything we talked about. I only came in for a doctor's note which they charge for, didn't have cash left with nothing.
