I brought him four watches to engrave with names and event details. He hand engraved each one and the text was identical. His process methodical and thoughtful. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and the turn around time.

I had a wonderful experience at Top Time. At the last minute I decided I wanted to wearmy 45 year old watch to a wedding less than a week away. It had stopped working 15 years ago. I brought it into Top Time and explained… he had it fixed up and ready to go in just 3 days! Can’t recommend him highly enough. He also repairs clocks (old and new) if you need.

I Found this shop by Googling one day about 2 years ago. Took my 92 year old mothers watch in and asked if he could put a larger face with numbers so she could read it. No problem. Had it done and the battery replaced (it was dead) and its been going strong almost 2 years now! My watch died a few days ago and I went in on my lunch hour and he replaced mine quickly. He is 3rd generation watch maker and repair. Highly recommend especially if you have a need to repair a watch. Quality all the way. Thanks!

Took in my watch for a battery replace and the owner quickly discovered some very bad work done by the last shop that I took the watch to. The previous shop (a Fred Meyer jewler) had forced in a battery that didn’t fit and bent an internal piece of the watch in the process!! He showed all this to me, explained everything clearly, and pointed out what could be done to not only replace the battery but get the watch back to 100% working order. Owner was very professional and kind, and he didn’t pressure me to pay for anything more than just replace the battery, but I ended up telling him to go for it and repair and reseal on top of the battery install because my wife gave me the watch. Came back in an hour and the thing looked brand new. He had even taken a picture of the inside of the watch so that I could see how it looked before he sealed it. This man knows his business. I’ll definitely be coming back to him again, and I’d recommend you do as well if you’re considering giving this little shop a shot. Excellent work and customer service.

My old Seiko watch I've had for more than 37 years finally gave up and stopped ticking. The gentleman at Top Time spent many hours meticulously rebuilding the watch using only authentic Seiko parts. Beautiful work, it's like new again. Very reasonable price, considering his attention to detail and hours of labor. I highly recommend Top Time Watch Repair!

Mike knows watches and clocks! He's an expert professional. There's virtually no watch or clock that he can't repair. He'll give you an honest assessment, and charge a fair price for his work.In addition to standard battery replacement for my watches, I recently brought in a kitchen clock that had failed. The clock was an inexpensive item, purchased 20 years ago at a chain store, and not meant to last a lifetime. But I was fond of it. Mike replaced the mechanism, and I'm certain it will now last another 50 years! He also glued a broken piece back on, and offered helpful advice on adding a hook to support the clock.Mike takes great pride in what he does, and warranties in his work. Highly, highly recommended! I had a Casio watch I wanted polished and to change its battery. I was quoted $160 and 3 weeks of work. Already pretty much equal if not more expensive and slower than the dealership. I decided to give him my business to help a small store. Much to my disappointment, I didn’t hear back from him for an entire month until I decided to go and check on him. I walked in and he said the watch isn’t even nearly ready. Fast forwarding 7 months, the watch was finally ready and he wanted to charge me $200. So the watch was ready 6 and a half months over what he thought it would take, and he had the audacity to charge me even more than he quoted. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

It took me a long time to find an excellent watch repair person. Mike from TopTime Watch Repair is that person. He is so knowledgeable about watches and clocks that you can get an honest answer and fix for your watch repair needs. I highly recommend him. I got a new battery for my watch on my vacation and they broke my watch. When I got home I took it to Top Time Watch Repair and Mike. He fixed my watch and it now works beautifully.
