Really nice person to deal with. He really knows what he is doing. I recommend this place to anyone who has a boot, shoe, belt , and hat situation that needs to be dealt with .

Edited because I went there for a different reason so had more (positive) feedback. Original review (key cutting) is at the bottom.My motorcycle race suit was damaged from a crash and I took it there for repairs. They did a great job fixing it (including matching the colour well) and did it quickly. I was originally scared of what it would cost, but it was certainly reasonable. See pictures for before and after (the after picture is actually mid repair, they did additional touch ups after that so the tab doesn't even show the wear in the picture).Had keys cut there. It was quick and the keys work great. Thanks!

What can I say except they were fantastic. I brought them a very meaningful timepiece to them.AThey listened to my attachment about it and then took up the task of building me a new watch band with the old hardware built in.It took a week and when I arrived it wasn't perfect. Minor adjustments needed to be made, so without hesitation they took it back and did more work.When I arrived back they had sorted everything out and told me they were honoured to work on my watch.

Staff was great, everyone's friendly and professional + 2 star for that however I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work. Brought in a very very expensive wallet in before Christmas to repair a tiny rip. They just slapped on a tiny strip of leather over it with glue which I ended up ripping out less than 5 minutes after receiving it. Ended up reparing their work and the rip myself in about 15 mins which I should've done In the first place but figured a leather repair shop would do a better job, I was wrong.

Excellent service. This guy is an absolute wizard. Never had any issues. Always very friendly and quite timely with the work done. Work done is always high quality. He also cuts keys.

I called Jiffy Shoe Service with questions regarding a shoe repair. My questions may have agitated the person I spoke to but I myself do not work in the shoe repair business and are unfamiliar with the services they offer. I found the person extremely condescending throughout the whole conversation, I was a little loss for words and found myself flustered and confused. I hung up fighting tears of frustration. I would rather throw my shoes in the garbage then be treated with such disrespect!!
