Excellent curb-side service, good regular supply locally of quality audio components. They’re affiliated with Mc Bride Audio I heard rumours from Terry McBride that they may even design an appropriately sized speaker schematics for you to get fabricated for drivers you buy.

I would like to say thanks again for fulfilling my online order placed a few days ago. The shipment arrived in good order nicely packed and neatly labelled. I have known about Q Components through another friend of mine for probably over a decade now. I have not purchased as much as I would of liked to have due to my budget constraints, however, have to say that every item I have ordered in the past was decent and in good order. I look forward to telling others about Q Components because they are local and have respectable products and service in my view. I look forward to dealing with them in the future as things develop that I may require audio related components for future projects.

I just purchased for the first time at qcomponents. I had to call a couple of times for help (my own lack of product knowledge), and they answered immediately every time. Great service from the CSR, who was professional and courteous. Equally as important the filled rapidly and I had my speaker less than two days later (I'm in Ottawa). The price was adjusted accordingly based on our discussions and invoiced correctly. Love it when Cdn companies can run with the big dogs. Well done.

fast service but very disappointing after sales service they write 30 days warranty but it's not true the parts are brand new and refuse returns and we charge them extra with me they were practically thieves
