Rented a metal detector after losing my ring in the snow. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, answered all my questions about the detector and gave helpful suggestions to increase my chances of finding the ring. If I ever had to rent a machine again, I'd go back to Carry All in a heartbeat.

Sean was amazing to deal with. Obviously a busy guy and hard to get on the phone ( when your impatient like me lol) but from start to finish very helpful and informative. And also extremely quick shipping!! Have yet to use my item but I am sure if I have any issues he'll be happy to help. Highly recommend

Really disappointed that it advertises a physical location and hours of operation despite the fact that it doesnt exist. Nothing wrong with operating purely online but i wasted a lot of gas and time driving to the store" only to discover it doesnt exist."

You need to make it more clear that there is no physical location for this outlet.I drove 4.5 hours to Scarborough to enter a store that did not exist solely to support a business that isn't a giant like Amazon.Based on other reviews, I am not the first to have this issue and won't be the last if you don't remove the location off of Google maps.Because of this you get 1 star and I will get the same kit I traveled for on Amazon for cheaper. Do better.
