Terrific experience here! I’m not knowledgeable about computers, but the staff was patient, polite and thorough when helping build me a desktop. Not only does it work great- but it’s beautiful! Service was also fantastic. All the folks there helped to explain how to transfer the data from old computer to the new one and were patient and friendly. Told me to call with any questions. Highly recommend this place and the people there for your computer purchase!

I got this computer from you guys awhile back and I am unable to factory reset it. Cause I plan on reselling it cause I can’t get into my iCloud to sign out. Even if I put in the correct password.

If I could give multiple 5 star reviews I would!! I came in with my grandma's laptop as all of my cousins pitched in to buy her one a year ago, well it started taking 15 minutes to boot up.He explained what the issue could be and told me what components should be upgraded to help it run smoother and explained why.Not once did I feel like I had was being forced to do upgrades that weren't necessary and it was nice that he dumbed down the tech talk for me to understand.Best experience from the drop off process to picking it up. I will be bringing all future computer issues to get fixed to this location.

This place just never ceases to impress. When we have been in doing custom builds they're always looking for the best bang for the buck components for us, and making sure everything is perfect. Great experience here. Associate was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Was buying gifts for my son who want a gaming computer. The associate took the time to ask the right questions and gave me the time to get the information needed to make the correct purchase. Highly recommend this store
