After a disk injury and a few years off, it was time to get back into shape. I was on the hunt for a trainer who would take my injury into account and design a fitness program around me vs me into a cookie cutter program. Rob is that guy! I have been training with Rob since January 2022. His technique is building muscle and strength in a functional way through human movement patterns. Rob holds value in the movement prior to adding the weight, he walks you through the understanding and adjusts as your body responds. In the first couple of months, I was using little weights and feeling stronger. 9 months and counting, I am almost 30lbs down, lifting weights, stronger but most importantly injury free. I believe Rob's success with training me and many others, is his background of RMT work, the mechanics of the body and truly caring for his training clients. Whether you are just starting out or wanting to take your fitness to the next level, Rob is your guy and you won't regret it.

Training with Rob Hunter was an amazing experience where I really learned how to execute a strategic workout plan to put on weight on muscle. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to achieve a fitness goal. He can guide you all the way and make sure it’s painless, fun and educational.After the 6 month program I went up 20lbs in dumbell flat bench. Can now do 7x4 sets pull ups. Also went up 50lbs for back squats. He provided a clear workout plan that was updated weekly with 4 different workouts.Anyone looking for a trainer should give Rob a shot to see what he’s all about. I’m excited to continue working with him to add more gains and get that summer bod poppin’

Just finished up a 4 month program dedicated to increasing strength and muscle definition. To say these goals were met would be an understatement. Ive seen vast improvements in strength, body composition and energy levels. What set Rob apart from other trainers I have worked with in the past was his consistent communication. Workouts were updated bi-weekly and Rob did a great job checking in with me personally to see how he might tailor the program to best suit my needs, injuries, etc. His client focus was fantastic and I found myself encouraged to go to the gym, knowing I could discuss my routine with him at any time.Overall, I have benefited immensely from Rob’s training in the strength, muscle tone and mobility aspects. My sleep schedule is better and his advice on nutrition and healthy habits have kept me on the path towards a healthy mind and body. I would strongly recommend Hunter’s Health and Fitness to anyone who wants a great introduction to strength training, or to any athletes who want to have a great off-season so that they can perform at peak level during the year.Thanks a lot Bobby!!

Rob is such a passionate and knowledge trainer. He also makes you feel super comfortable and confident when he is coaching you and he is an expert in coaching technique. I’ve seen Rob handle all different levels of fitness and push them to accomplishing their goals. 10/10 recommend! Rob’s the best!
