Staff were friendly and the doctors were fast and thorough. Clean and organized, wait times were minimal.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I called to inquire about fees for testings and vaccinations, and the lady who answered the phone sounded unpleasant and unprofessional. She said, “Northwood” and I was only able to say “hi, I am calling” and the line was disconnected. Unsure of what happened I called back and waited on hold again, and the second time she answered with, “HELLO, there is static, I can’t hear you, I am hanging up now”. Both times her tone was very negative, and sadly, I would not come to this place or recommend it because of their receptionist. I understand people have bad days, but this lady needs an attitude adjustment.

I always have a good experience here. I love the fact that you can check the wait times online before going. The staff are helpful and very compassionate.

I went yesterday to get some required vaccination. Their website mentioned it was a 15 minute wait to I decided to go there instead of my original plan to go to superstore. When I arrived there was no one in the waiting room except me and this one gentlemen ahead of me. The room did quickly fill shortly after but I was confident I'd be seen within the 15 minute mark as the website claimed.I did have to wait longer but I'm glad I was seen as my family doctor is boiking in may. They've explained to me why I wouldn't need certain vaccination as I might of had them as a child so they have sent me for bloodwork to see if I'm immune. Everyone seemed friendly. The only thing I did notice is that there was just one receptionist and one doctor which have probably led to the extra wait. I believed they were under stalfed as I did see a sign that they were hirering I do hope they get extra staff to help with the wait times. Othe then that my visit was present.

Registered and waited only to wait while the doctor talked to the secretary and laughed and then served her friend without registration or waiting while my son ran a fever and screamed in pain they are alwaya doing this it makes me sick to preferential treatment when ita first come first served

I had a really positive experience with this clinic this evening. Arrived just after 7pm and there were maybe 2 or 3 ahead of me and I was out and with my prescription just after 8pm. Doctor was very pleasant and helpful!

Well after finding out I needed to go to the clinic late around 5 the The only clinic opened until 9 o'clock on a Tuesday was this Northwood medical clinic so thank you very much I love that your hours are reachable for people who don't work 9-5 However THE LOCK THIER DOORS AT 820PM! I Was in the parking lot Talking to my friend before she walked in and the doors locked right after her at 815 Which I am positive of because a young man tried to walk in after her and they would not let him in.Just thought everyone should know in advance

Didn't take my Saskatchewan health card... wanted to charge me money but had no means to pay... no card reader and no atm... I needed a prescription for my asthma meds as I ran out and was in urgent need. They told me to go to the Emergency Room... wut...I went to Primacy Clinic in Superstore and they treated me like the Canadian citizen that I am

If I could give the receptionist -5 stars I would. Very very rude behaviour towards an 85 year old man who was asking for help. The receptionist even threatened to withold medical assistance. Avoid this place at all costs.
