I stopped at this Subaru dealership while on a roadtrip. My vehical hood wouldn't open and I was out of windshield washer fluid. The staff identified that my hood latch was broken, but said they didn't have another one in stock. They offered to repair the latch & wire, saying this would solve my problems until I was able to get a new latch. This work took 2hours and I was charged $363 for it.When I next stopped for gas and to top up my fluids I was still unable to open the hood of my car. Unfortunately I was too far away to return for help. I have since taken my car to my own mechanic who told me there were no repairs done to my hood/latch. This dealership took advantage of me when I was stranded in a city where I did not speak the language.I reached out to the dealership and to Subaru HQ but have recieved no response at this time.

Amazing customer service. Way above and beyond what a customer could hope for. Our car broke down on the way back to Ontario, and Remi did absolutely everything possible to make sure it would get fixed same-day and we would be back on the road. Could not recommend enough. THANK YOU REMI!
