I am so pleased with the service I got from the company and Yani (the electrician)!! I requested the installation of a new fan in a bathroom on Monday and they completed the work on Friday!They called and confirmed my service request on the phone, they gave me an estimated quote then, and they were not pushy at all but totally okay with me cancelling the service request if the cost was too high (which didn't have to happen! The service fee was reasonable :-))Yani was very professional and respectful throughout the time he was working. I have 10 months-old baby who was taking a nap and he told me there will be a work that makes a big noise before he started the work. He explained to me how the installation work will go (I was very curious so it was helpful to know!) and asked my preference about location of the fan, style of switch, etc. He didn't just proceed the work, but really cared for the desires of the home owner, which I thought was amazing service!I highly recommend Enerpro Electrical Services Inc to everyone who needs electric works and would definitely go back to them for our future project for sure!

Had Matt come out today during the snow storm (I felt so bad!) to diagnose an issue with us not getting power to 3 rooms upstairs. Great communication via text so I knew of his arrival time, he was professional, friendly, transparent with cost, and fixed the problem quickly. He also answered some questions re: other issues we are experiencing in our townhouse, and we'll be sure to contact him again to take care of those. Highly recommend!

I had Enerpro come and take a look at the puck lights in my kitchen because they stopped working. It turns out my condo building hid the drivers for my puck lights in an unreachable area, so we had to rewire them and we installed new LED lights. Jason was able to take care of this very quickly, professionally, and he did an outstanding job.
