First of all, I would like to thank Suyin for recommending Andrea as our postpartum doula! Andrea was amazing!As new parents, we were so anxious of taking care of a newborn. Due to the pandemic, both our parents couldn’t come to help. I did a lot of research online and I interviewed several doulas. Although Suyin was not available, she was so nice and helped me find a suitable alternative.I’m really glad that we had Andrea help us for the first two months! My baby was born one month early. Andrea tried her best to come as soon as possible. She’s really good at taking care of newborns. She also helped me with breastfeeding and light housework. She was flexible with time schedule in order to accommodate our needs. I really appreciate her help and I highly recommend Andrea to any new parents who need an extra pair of hands!

Suyin was amazing to chat with as our first contact and then she connected us with Andrea. We had Andrea help us for our child for 1 month. She was very kind and reliable and was great at taking care of our child. The first month would have been quite difficult without her. She was really flexible with timing and was available sometimes at a moment's notice. We really appreciate the help she gave us during this time!

Suyin is the best doula you can possibly get for your child! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From sleep training, to how to properly latch your kid, to what to do with a clogged milk duct, she knows it all. In addition, even after our subscription with her, she still followed up with us to make sure we are doing great. Lastly, she is very prompt at responding to our text. P.s...her lactation cookies were amazing

We were referred to Suyin by family and although she wasn’t available at the time to help with my newborn, she recommended Andrea to us and I’m glad she did! I wanted to have confinement meals prepared and newborn help and Andrea did just that!She was organized and proactive in researching the types of meals to prepare and always made sure I was well nourished and well rested during her time with us. She also helped me with breastfeeding and newborn care. I’m so glad she was there supporting me and my baby during the fourth trimester!

Suyin is amazing! She helped us postpartum overnight! I don't know what we would have done without her help. She helped guide me to establish my supply which was a concern after our first baby. She is extremely patient and always willing to share her knowledge!

We are more than grateful to have Suyin as our postpartum doula for the past month and I highly (more than highly, actually!) recommend her to other families - whether you just had a newborn recently or if you have a a toddler AND a newborn! When I first met Suyin, I was so impressed with her knowledge, patience and her educational/career background. The trust was built between us almost immediately as I saw how loving, caring and patient she was with my 1 week old baby. I felt comfortable knowing that my baby would be in her good care at nights and I was able to get as much rest as I could (and I needed the sleep badly). Suyin always asked my husband and I how we feel physically and emotionally (I love how she knows new dads need some encouragement too!). I remembered spending almost an hour every night talking to Suyin - about my anxiety, worries, thoughts and other issues/questions that I had. She would listen attentively and address all my concerns precisely. She was so encouraging and her reassurance helped me through the baby blue stage in which I am SO thankful for. Whenever I had questions & texted her - she would respond right away. I cannot imagine how I would manage without Suyin. Not only I feel like I've learned so much from her but I also feel like I've gained a dear friend! She truly is passionate in helping families going through the biggest transition and she will be there for you. I definitely highly recommend her to other families!

Both Mabel and Suyin were very helpful throughout my pregnancy. They are passionate in what they do and were very caring to me and my baby. Having SuYin as our postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made for the birth of our daughter!Not only did we gain some much needed rest as SuYin taking care of our baby and the house chores, most importantly, she helped us in the big transition of life with a new baby. As first time parents, we didn’t know much about caring for a baby. SuYin taught us through every step of taking care of a newborn, so we have the confidence to carry through after she moved on to help other parents.Suyin’s background in midwifery and years of experience in the field really provided her with the wealth of knowledge to answer any questions we had. As new parents, you are sure to have lots of worries about the baby. Having Suyin kept us calm and stress free, so we can focus on building a loving relationship with our baby. I also can’t imagine my breastfeeding going so well if not for having Suyin there, teaching me how to do it, and ensuring that latching was always correct.Suyin is a caring person and a good listener who makes you feel like chatting with a dear friend. She respects your decision as parents and will support you in anyway you want. She is also a great cook and can whip her magic with whatever you have in the fridge into delicious dishes.I will recommend her to anyone I know and will use her again if we have any future baby.

As a first-time parent, having Suyin support us as our doula during my postpartum period was a game changer. It was reassuring to have access to her knowledge and expertise as we navigated through the confusing and sleep deprived newborn stage.I was especially grateful for Suyin when I was struggling (and in a lot of pain!) from breastfeeding. She provided helpful tips and videos over text and then even came for a visit the very next day to provide in-person assistance. I'm happy to report that breastfeeding is now a breeze.Also, Suyin's cooking is amazing and we appreciated her help keeping our house in order while we had our hands busy with our new baby.Thank you for everything, Suyin!
