YOLANDA is the most outgoing, eccentric and postive person I've ever met. I look forward to going to the post office for just the friendly face or a quick chat, actually makes me dissapointed when there is a line or a wait. She goes out of her way on her own time to make sure everyone is satisfied or recieves the help the require. Nothing short of 5 star service from this little Northen Hub.
