Amazing service here! So quick and a great job! Dropped off pants and a shirt to get taken in and got a message saying they were done it within a couple hours! Definitely going back!

10/10 Would Recommend Jay!I will definitely go back -- he's fantastic!!!I had bought a bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal that needed hem repairs. The dress hem was all over the place. In some spots it needed to be hemmed by 2'', others 1'' and others 0.5'' and other spots it already touched the floor. It was so uneven I couldn't believe it. When I went to David's bridal, they wanted $89 for the hem + a $45 rush fee. This was almost the cost of the dress.I called Jay and he said he could do it within the time frame I needed (no extra cost) for $50+tax. I came in, he measured the dress length on me and identified the hem misalignment issue right away and went to work with finding a solution. He even had me come in to try it on again to make sure it fit just right.Thanks Jay! I appreciate all your help.PS. His shop is located in Burdock's Cleaners.

Required a last minute alteration for a funeral. Jay was extremely helpful, and sensitive to the situation. Turnaround time was almost immediate, and the quality of the alteration was perfect. Strongly recommend.

Jay altered a bridesmaid dress for me and it was impeccably done. Three layers of skirts, bodice and straps; all look fantastic and the fit is perfect. Not only was the quality impressive but the turnaround time was 2 days, I was blown away. Great service and quality, I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! My maid of honour brought her dress in to be let out. She was told there wasn’t enough fabric (lie.. the bridal shop let it out fine), and he sent her to Fabricland to get as close to matching fabric to add HIDEOUS panels on the back. Charged her $115 and didn’t even fit the dress to her properly - let her leave with it gaping at the chest.UPDATE: my MOH brought this dress to the bridal salon we purchased it at, and their seamstress was DISGUSTED by this job that was done. It was not 4” of extra fabric, but 2.5” - and the dress had 2” of fabric built in the sides on either side! The panels have already come loose without wearing the dress. Thank goodness for QUALIFIED tailors that don’t scam people for a quick buck.

I was told by another repair shop that the coat needed a new zipper that would cost at least 40 dollars. I went to Jay's and he fixed it by putting a stopper on it. He was amazing and because the coat was for a needed person he did it for free. I would definitely give him my personal business. He is honest and very helpful. Thankyou so much

I brought two pairs of designer jeans to Jay to alter. The one pair needed the legs tapered and the other were 4 inches too small at the waist. This was a tough alteration. Jay did an excellent job took one day to do it and the price was lower than I thought it would be. Most places wouldn’t have done this alteration. I’m very pleased with the results and the cost. Excellent service and results
