I was going to give my rating a 5 stars because everything was so smooth and great. We called and had help the same day to have our furnace fixed. We were very happy with the service and how the entire experience was up until it came to payment. We were charged an additional $140 and when we inquired about it we were told it was correct. However after being adamant for them to check as it wasn’t what we were originally quoted, they told us a price that was $140 lower. It made me feel a little off as that is quite a big amount to just be a simple mistake. However, aside from that, our experience was great.

Their receptionist walked me through a few steps to take over the phone, and when that didn't resolve my issues, the technicians were over really fast to fix my furnace! Highly recommend them. Oh and the technicians even tolerated me looking over their shoulders while I asked them tons of questions. :D

Wonderful experience with the team at Meer that installed central air in our home this past week. Enjoyable conversation with the electrician, Brian and the other installers. They were professional, jovial, punctual, skilled and polite. Highly recommended.
