Sophie Cosmetics & Accessories

I have a friend who is a fairly regular customer at Sophie's at the Hwy7 location. She bought a pandora bangle from Sophie's from one of the workers (she was very tall and skinny, black hair). A couple days later the bangle broke and she went back to Sophie's to have a new replacement ACCORDING TO THE PANDORA POLICY. The worker that day was a different woman and refused to replace it.Here is the Pandora Policy: PANDORA will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 2 years from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery and 2 years from the original date of purchase for gold jewellery.As a regular customer, my friend knows quite a few of the workers there and also knows that the other coworkers don't like the woman who sold her the pandora bangle. However, they should not mix their own personal feelings with business affairs. My friend is a customer and deserves to be treated with equal respect as other customers. Why is she getting refused a replacement just because they don't like the worker and wants to cause trouble?

I went in to get my makeup done for the evening. The lady was very good and asked me specifically what I wanted. She did a great job with the application and the look. She didn't try to up-sell which was great. The only negative was that her and the staff chatted almost the whole time and I felt left out of the conversation because they were speaking in Cantonese. They were all laughing and having a great time, which I would have loved to be included in.

I would especially like to commend Catherine for her professionalism and superlative skills on Dec 16 2020. And I pretty much enjoy my shopping experience today and very satisfied. I had also bot a great Christmas gift for myself this year in your store today and happy!
