I genuinely love this store! I moved out to Mission almost two years ago and went into the Mission lordco for some car parts. I gotta say, I love this place, love the service, and love the fact that everyone is so easy to get along with. Great selection, great service, and easy to get to. Absolutley terrible. Every single time I enter the building I am here for upwards of 30 minutes. I find majority of the staff incredibly incompetent and not very nice. If there is one store I can avoid at all costs it's lordco.

This is my go to auto parts store. Don’t have it, they can have it next day, sometimes same day. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to make themselves available. Can be busy on weekends, but who isn’t? Easy access, in and out no problem. Tons of parking.

Usually pretty happy with Lordco. Unfortunately spoke with Kevin today who was very defensive and didn’t show me any respect when asking pretty simple questions about shipment delays etc. I was just enquiring about in stock availability and my questions were not well received. I’ll just order my parts online if that’s the customer service I get.

Counter staff refused to allow me use of the friends and family account to reduce cost. Then was rude when waving me off to the checkout counter.. avoid this location if you can.
