When I encountered the men, my first impression was that they were polite and professional. They replaced my tub and also fixed an issue I was having with my toilet! Super friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this company!

Were super quick, showed up within a couple hours of calling, had problem resolved within an hour. Would use again in a heartbeat (they were not the first plumber I called but WERE the first to honor the actual appointment.

I've used them for business several times and they are amazing. Always punctual, prompt with service and affordable. Will be using them forever more and would highly recommend.

Workers were professional, work was well done. Billing was a nightmare. I was given a bill with no breakdown of what i was charged for. It only stated As per quote" which I was never given. It took several weeks to sort out. They overcharged me on the labour."

Terrible customer service.spoke to guy about bath tub install and said would Send guys next day.nwxt day no body shows up after taking a half day off.called again and next day two guys show up and say I am not ready to have work done .the next day they show up do the work, steal a led lightbulb from my bedroom, charge for 4.5 hrs. When they were there 4, charge me 82 dollars for the day before they were there 5 minutes,( mind u when explaining receipt said he wouldnt charge for that but he did.took out copper pipe and put in van without asking if ok.cut canvas flooring and bath tub not put in straight and floor boards showing.owner wouldnt consider a discount when asked for not showing up first day when told they were coming.wouldnt recommend this company for an outhouse!

Very pleased with the excellent service we received. Replaced our water heater last week. The two young men were very friendly and polite as well as professional. The lady I spoke with in the phone to arrange our appointment was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Woke up on a Sunday morning with no water from our artisan well. Called for assistance, and expected it to be a service call ($$$). Helped me over the phone at no charge! Will definitely call again.

Called Friday to arrange for a plumber to address a potential bad toilet seal. Was offered a same day or Monday visit by a friendly staffer. I took the Monday option. I called on Monday to confirm a time, I was told that their employee was fairly booked up but was wide open the next day. I accepted the Tuesday visit and was told the plumber would call when en enroute. Waited all day, no plumber. I called after 4 to see where the plumber was and was told he was out all day on an emergency call. Wasted all day waiting and they never called to advise me. Will go to a competitor.
