Amazing selection and quality service. They walked me through all of the products and found what was best for my show.Highly recommend proud west for all of your fireworks needs. They had all the small fun stuff for kids and some wicked pro cakes that stole the show.

It's impossible for me to find the words to describe how UNREAL this company was to me. I contacted them and told them about how every year I do a show for my nephews and nieces, but inventory was extremely hard to find and it looked like the kids were going to be disappointed for christmas. They responded by going completely out of their way to make sure I was able to do something for the kids. They provided me with exactly what I was wanting, as well as changing their own personal schedules based on my availability, while at the same time giving me the best cost across the board. If quality, customer relations, and overall good business ethics is what you are looking for then this is the company that provides. The owner is a true GEM .

Went to grab some fireworks for my birthday! Customer service was absolutely amazing! The person helping me found exactly what I was looking for (007 fireworks) he even showed me other ones that would be a great buildup to my finale piece! They had so much to choose from even on Halloween eve. hope this company is back next year! I definitely recommend.Thank you so much for making my birthday even more amazing!
