adidas Store Oshawa

Warning never order anything from Adidas online. You will be charged on your credit card even if they cannot fill the order and you will have to wait for credit back on your card once they clear it .

The manager working there was super helpful and kind, always ready to assist us.

My friend and I went to the Oshawa Adidas today to get an early start on Christmas shopping. The staff greeted us when we came in and offered to help. Melanie (assistant manager) and her staff were great. Gave a lot of advise and assistance. We will go back and will recommend

I specifically drove into town to return an online order. When I got here I was informed that the American stores will accept returns but in Canada their online sales are not linked to their stores so I would have to return the item by mail. The staff was very helpful and printed me a label but the overall experience was very frustrating.

My son got heart at store, he was bleeding in store due to cut on forehead caused by a sharp edge on one of the racks he bumped into.sorry to report that staff was not aware of how to help, the person in charge, I couldn’t get his name was busy serving at cash counter, totally distanced himself from whole situation, and then started looking for security info after I shouted at him (I’m sorry about that) (he couldn’t find and had to go out and find office myself). He was rude and literally told that boy got heart because he was ‘messing around’ with racks…I’ve reported the matter to both Oshawa centre and adidas management hope they will look into this and try to elevate.

been several times before without issue... but this time I needed help and store assistants were SUPER helpful! Manager came out to help with a discount that he could have ignored, but genuinely wanted to help - and he did! Great job, thank you!!

Melanie, Paul, and Michelle (hopefully I have all those names right) were super helpful today!I had my feet measured and tried on 2 different shoes in 2 different sizes while learning a lot from their knowledge. Probably the best experience with a shoe store I've had in awhile in terms of professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness. Thanks for making me feel less like a customer, and more like a friend, you guys rock!

No customer service at all, was in the store for 20 min and had to go to front desk to ask for assistance. Both managers lacked customer service skills. Refused to honour online discounts. No pricing on stock or proper labeling on merchandise.

Visited oshawa store today as everything in Toronto area is closed due to covid. Natoya and her team were so helpful. I got everything I wanted even if she had to go in the back and check for my sizes, which she did that multiple times, willingly. Great experience at the Oshawa Mall Adidas store

No service, staff too busy cleaning up for the day. Walked in for a pair of shoes and walked out empty handed, as no one even reached out to me.
