I have no idea how to rate this place.Its big, clean, has washrooms.Washrooms were tidy and stocked.The coffee at this function is truely nasty and high priced.Lots of people in attendance.

Was hear for a good friend wedding function thing eh and from what I seen and noticed and heared from both the guests and the hosts of the function it's wasn't very well done eh and instructions that were not fully followed eh from my experience in this industry definitely could of been better eh the staff were nice and the food was decent all around its wasn't my best experience aside from being able to experience my friends wedding eh.

Attended a staff function here. A buffet dinner was served. The food had a good selection and tasted good. The desserts were excellent. Good quality overall. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The washrooms were remodeled and clean. Only minor issue, there was a recent snowfall but the parking lot was not cleared. Overall an enjoyable event at a good facility.

First time I've been to this facility. It was for the Edmonton Guitar Show. I was only on the main floor in what appeared to be the main hall. The hall is reasonably sized, but not much parking in comparison to the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex off 97th street.I found it a bit difficult to find the hall, but GPS got me there. There is a street parking along the street.There was food being served; however, I did not have any so I can't comment on the food.

Comic book and toy show was on. Well set up and lots of toys and comics to purchase was a fun time. Also lots of parking behind the village .

Terrific venue for all sorts of occassion's and any sort of convention

Just had my wedding reception here last Saturday. Food was decent and flavorful, the servers very pleasant and helpful. Bartenders were good as well! Then there was the General Manager Fausto. This is where what could have been a decent 3.8-4 turned into a one star experience. From the beginning of the process he was argumentative. We showed up for a final prep and the lights were off and doors closed. We did not see the small bell in the dark. We left upset and called and emailed the facility while still in the parking lot. Half hour later Fausto calls angrily yelling at me for not ringing the bell.(the lights were ALL off and doors locked). He was yelling to the point that people in Superstore were looking at me. My wife had enough, took the phone. Had to argue to reschedule. We contacted Annie who was the first person we delt with. She was amazing and so helpful. Later Fausto apologized and I thought we had things worked out. Night Of the function everything was going great we left a bit early because we were tired. We thought everything ended well and went away for a couple days. When we got back we've come to found that by 11 o'clock he was trying to rush everyone out and continually harassing our bridesmaid, my new sister-in-law. Even though we had paid for a late night snack! Then he tried to close the bar down at about 11 11 30 even though people were still there drinking! On top of paying for all the food which was not a problem we paid a $500 room rental for a room we didn't even get to have for the whole night! So we paid a 100% for something we got part use of! I would avoid everyone using this place for any functions as long as Fausto is in charge of anything! He micromanages! Hes overbearing! He has no people's skills! And hes probably the worst person I've ever had with customer service I've ever dealt with! I am a red seal chef who has worked in a place that serves 6000 meals in one night! This is totally unacceptable behavior and this would not be tolerated in any other place. Please avoid this place at all costs! I still got charged full price for a 1/2 of a night of a room use As well as multiple other issues! The way he talked to me the way he treated me was absolutely unacceptable. I am metis and I have a strong feeling this had a lot to do with it! He was following a lot of my guests around a lot of the night! I thought in this day and age we didn't have this amount of obvious racism anymore or at least people weren't doing this So obviously! I will also be contacting the media about this obvious Treatment towards me in my guests

Clean and well organized. Good food with an eclectic selection.Host and staff were great!The automatic dispensers and faucets in the bathroom needed some tweaking

It's a good venue for any function you have very specious for huge weddings.

Attended a hockey banquet here again. Food was great. Large room to accommodate the event. Facility is clean, handicap parking a wee challenge...
