Save On Cartridge Plus

Extremely rude person & most terrible service I've ever experienced at a retail store. We went in with some cartridges to be refilled because I'd had cartridges refilled there in the past under previous ownership. The current owner was extremely abusive when we tried asking for some advice about a full cartridge we brought in that wasn't working properly. He started swearing at us after making several threatening moves towards us, even raising a cartridge that was in his hand as if to strike us.The owner constantly kept raising his voice as my husband tried to explain that we were only asking for advice about one of the cartridges we'd brought in. He kept insisting he hadn't refilled it and that he had a record of every cartridge ever refilled there. We tried repeatedly to get him to stop talking louder and louder and to listen to the question, but no matter what, he wouldn't stop talking long enough to listen to anything. At one point he raised a cartridge he was holding in his hand as if he was going to strike my husband, then he started swearing at us over and over so we gathered up our 5 cartridges and left, with him swearing at us louder and louder every moment.

I personally appreciate their good customer service, reasonable rates, on time quotes and vehicle accessibility. Plus it doesn't hurt that they're only a walk over from my office. They have replaced colour and black toners for my Samsung C460 Laser Printer

Good customer service. They refilled my cartridge while I waited. The ink quality is excellent. Have never found any leakage or problems after refilling. They do a great job!

Very poor quality and bad service! Dishonestly misleading customers in the ad by claiming as the lowest price of the city. --- actually higher than ink refill store at Lansdowne mall, when asked, the staff said the so-called lowest price on their ad is among their own stores.As a local guide, I strongly do NOT recommend this store !!!

Very helpful store. I had a problem with a problematic Epson cartridge and the owner resolved the issue by simply giving me another filled cartridge, no question asked. Clearly the owner values his customer and will return to refill again.

It's cool. I refill my ink and toner cartridge and save big money.Their customer services are excellent and the quality is good.

Very helpful - the owner took my printer in to find out why the print quality was poor - and then replaced the cartridge I had bought from him at no charge. Gave me some good tips on maintaining the cartridge. Thanks!

I enjoyed going there to get my printer fixed. I had some problems with the cartridge and the owner gave me tips on how to maintain a good printer. The service was wonderful. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend going there.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am not an expert on toner so he taught me basics that will help me save money and reduce my need for replacements. I respect a business that doesn't try to milk money from you but instead tries to help

This is the fourth time I have had my cartridge refilled. The price is quite reasonable. The quality is pretty good. I am quite happy with the service. Recommond it highly.
