First time user of the service. Experience was excellent. Was cleaning house on Saturday drinking wine. Was feeling pretty good by 5:30 and wanted to continue relaxing and have a few more. Did not want to drive so called Dan the Man. Very friendly and accommodating. Delivery was within about 20 minutes. Nice clean regular delivery man. Not some scary guy. Will definitely use the service again not just for alcohol but probably groceries and other pick ups. Nice to have this reputable option in our community. Cost and time savings were better than taking a taxi. Now winter is coming will be great to use more often.

The only thing crazier than the high delivery charges from this company are the defensive review responses. The lack of accountability and quickness to deflect blame on these threads are actually impressive.Updated response below to owners condescending and rude reply.To answer your question that you’ve presumptuously answered yourself. I did not use your service, feel free to refer back to my initial review for clarification on why. The $30 delivery fee is only part of the issue, your rudeness however is not worth any fee amount, less or more.

First time using this kind of service. Called Dan and he gave me another number to call. I called the number and was told the delivery fee was 15. Delivery came and I was told oops sorry the delivery fee is 25. The drive said he has to make money. Not happy and never going to use them again

Excellent service! Dan helped me with a special delivery. I called from out of province. He was very fast and kept me informed throughout the process with texts and emails to confirm purchases and delivery. It was like I was calling a friend to help me with a favour. Thanks for your help Dan!

Hired Dan to deliver a customized gift pack for my friends 50th birthday. He went over and above to deliver the gift on time and better than what I expected. I requested a single pack of cigarettes and asked them how much the delivery charge is.They told me $20.00I politely said forget it and cancel my request.They actually decided to rudely reply with:Duh. Lol.We thought it was great.Did you think it was free?"Seriously? Is this customer service nowadays? I didn't ask for a reply and I honestly thought my declining the service charge before the delivery guy even got to my door was enough and respectful on my end.What gives a business the right to actually take the time AND text a potential customer like the way I was treated.Edit:I never tried to
