Good service, prices aren't super competitive but aren't high either. Think this is one of the last places you can still pay to send a fax from, too.

My first time in a Jean Coutu and it was great. I had no idea it was such a multi-purpose store and not just a drug store.This location is quite large and has a lot more variety and options than most Shoppers or Lawtons around town. From prescriptions and health equipment to snacks and even getting photos done, you can find a lot here. Big bonus is the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The greatest customer service I have ever received from the pharmacy. A staff member helped me find the best thing for my son who had the stomach flu. He sat me down went on the computer looked up what a 9 year old could take. The recommend dose wrote it down for me. It doesn't stop there the two ladies on cash are the greatest people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I just wish I had got the names of everyone

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My family has always had excellent service from the Pharmacy staff who have on several occasions gone above and beyond the call of duty provide options or work with health care professionals. Our only complain would be that when the Pharmacy says it will contact you to follow-up, we never get a call. We have to take our own initiative to double-check on things. Worth it for the professional and friendly advice we always get though.

I loved the blue eye drop I bought in the 90.s made the eyes so white and haven't been able to get them in Vancouver for 19 years and I'm hoping they still sell them .if they do I'm buying.

If you dont have insurance, save your money and go to Costco. Jean coutu increased my medication from 66$ to 105$ in one shot...for the generic version on top of that. The same medication is 18$ for generic and 60$ for name brand at Costco and you don't need a membership to use their pharmacy.

I ordered something online for my parents. Order was cancelled by store. Discovered a few days later that my card was compromised and someone bought groceries, etc on my card. They even tried to charge over 3k on one purchase. Caught you! I would rather pay more and order from a different site than to order from here again.
