I have used Aimee’s legal services three times in the last two years, the last one being for a closing on a personal property last week. Each time Aimee has been a pleasure to work with. Her work is thorough, efficient and fair. She is a calming force. I see two other reviews that have found fault with her work and I cannot imagine what their expectations were. When the close of the sale was delayed due to the buyer, she made sure that the buyer refunded me for any incurred cost due to the delay. Aimee completed my mortgage refinance quickly and was able to handle all of my numerous requests. She was incredibly responsive to my needs and when the bank changed things at the last minute she was able to find out right away what the issue was and get it resolved. This is the second time I have used Aimee for my mortgage and I recommend anyone who needs a lawyer for real estate should use her.

Aimee mishandled the purchase of our home. She did not request funds from the bank and our house did not close on time. She has not given us the money owing to us from the seller for costs negotiated at closing (two months later). She has also over charged us for property tax and did not request a tax certificate. Aimee is unresponsive and has not reimbursed us for our property tax over payment. She is being reported to The Law Society of Upper Canada.
