The staff are pleasant, patient and professional. The service is prompt but not pushy. I do feel however that the selection of frames could use some improvement

Prior to being bought out by Spec Savers, this place was my go to for glasses and contact lenses for 10+ years. Since then, it feels like you’re on a conveyor belt in a factory. The organization in this store is chaotic, customer service skills are lacking and it is stressful the minute you walk in the door. It’s sad to see a neighbourhood business take a downturn like this.

Very poor service. I am coming here from 2 and half years never felt like this. Since they have came back after renovation from with their new name, they are keep on messing up orders. I ordered 4 pairs of contact lenses in October, just received 2 pairs after going there so many times. It’s april now and still missing my 1 pair. I don’t know why they call or message me to pick up the contacts when they couldn’t figure where they are. I went there all the way from kamloops 4 times and my brother visited 3 times. The manager gave me 2 extra pairs for my hazel ones but my grey is still missing. I was like that’s ok if they are compensating but still my grey ones are missing and the manager told me that my brother picked it up. They are prescribed ones so obviously he is not wearing it. She told me that she is doing favour on me for the last time. What she mean by favour for the last time, do i look like a scammer or something?Me and my whole will never come here

I would recommend Dr. Nijjar anytime. She is so kind and takes her time to check your eyes throughly without rushing through the appointment. She is amazing with the kids too. Our 5 yr old loves her and can't wait to go back to see her. Dr Nijjar has a very friendly staff that helps you with any insurance related questions. She is very accommodating and flexible with the appointments as well, as it can be stressful for find one with work and school.

Extremely great customer service very friendly and Shobna was very helpful and knowledgeable about what fits contact and glasses. The optometrist Dewas was very help and made sure everything was perfect before sending us to get contacts and eyeglasses..Thank you so much..

A very kind young man named Hardeep served me on July 8 2023 and he definitely went over and above. It's so nice to have such wonderful customer service it's not common these days.

We've had nothing but great experiences before and after the takeover. We love our Dr., she's excellent with the kids, and got my son in ASAP when he got jabbed in the eye and I knew he needed to be seen as quickly as possible for possible medicated ointments- of which they made sure he was...within the hour of my calling.Had a bit of a hiccup with my husband's glasses being lost in transit per se, during the takeover.... but upon calling and discussing such issues it was resolved rather quickly- with the glasses located and delivered within the next few days.Recently went in for a new pair of glasses due to breaking my current... the customer service I received was pleasant and efficient. In and out in a timely manner, and didn't hesitate to answer or clarify any of my questions asked.

Had a relaxed eye exam and Optometrist kindly listened to my eye problem and guided clearly what glass will be appropriate for me.During the delivery of glass, they created a calm ambiance to wear and check the glasses.Overall it was a great experience

I like the collection they have and how they are helping make this long-term and important decision of prescription eyeglasses. I recommend this store!

My husband and I walked in and waited solid 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. It was not too busy and I'm inclined to think there was a choice not to talk to us since other people were assisted fairly quickly. First and last time to visit this store.
