Worst cusomer service ever! Came to have an ear pearcing for my daughter today, but the sales women was so rude and not respectful. She was basically was throwing then things out and showed that does not want to serve us! My daughter was so happy that she is going to have her ears pearced but now she is upset! We will never come back to that store again!

Qualities of jewelries (earrings, necklaces, etc.) are poor, other than that the other things are pretty cute.

Hey Guys,I never do this however we are having a terrible experience with Claire's accessories that I need to share with you. My daughter received gift cards for her birthday back in March this year. In June we tried to redeem them in-store but the clerk told us that they were old cards and we needed to call head office to have them send us new ones. This was after my daughter shopped for everything she wanted to buy and was extremely disappointed not to get the things she wanted.I called Claire's and spoke to the card services department. They checked the balance of the cards and told me they were good, the balance was still active and I would just need to ask the clerk to key in the number on the back of the cards.Last month we went back to school shopping at Richmond center. We knew there was an Claire's store at the mall so we again brought the gift cards. Not only did the cards not work, even keying them in, but the clerk was extremely rude to my daughter. All she was trying to do was redeem her birthday present from her grandmother. Again they told us we needed to call head office to have the cards changed. Again my daughter shopped for her now long-awaited birthday gift and walked out of the store empty-handed.I again called the card services line Claire's and got someone who again confirmed the card numbers. Said she would be sending three new cards in the mail. 2 weeks later I received 1 of the three cards in the mail with a letter from the president apologizing for the inconvenience. I was less than impressed. I wondered what happened to the other two cards. Maybe they were all coming separately? I waited another week and still nothing. So I called the company again to see what was happening. They said there is nothing they can do about the other two gift cards since they were purchased from a 3rd party realtor. They can see the amount of money that we have on the cards and that the cards are active. Basically, they have our money and will not give it to us.Claire's was my daughter's favorite store. That is why she asked for these cards for her birthday. We will never shop at Claire's again after this terrible experience. I feel they owe me the money from the cards at the very least. Although I am sure we will now get nothing.

Personally, I have never had any issues with customer service and I visit there quite often. The items can be a bit pricy, but they have they do have offers quite frequently. You will be able to find cute discounted items so be sure to check back! (・∀・)

I did my ear piercing here but the hole was uneven. I realized when I got home. I went to store on the next day, asked one of the lady there. Her attitude was terrible for me, and she told me the holes were equal even I told her the hold was not on the dot. “What do you mean they are not symmetrical? No one can tell and no one gonna look at it” she said. I spent $140 why should I have a uneven one?????I can’t take it. She told me I should take the ear ring off and wait for one week then coming to store to redo one. She said she is the manager of the store. I hope they can really improve their customer service.

I found a good deal on Halloween stuff, which was 75 percent off, with buy 3 get 3 deal. Also got my little princess a tiara which is affordable. Just watch out for deals, it is worth it dropping by now and then while shopping at Richmond center.

Good selection, good deals, fun for kids. I don't respect their piercings whatsoever and believe that they should be professionally done when the child is a little older, which is why I unfortunately cannot give a five star rating -- honestly, the customer service is amazing, the selection is great, there are good deals and lots of cute things.

I can say some have bad experiences, some don't have bad experiences because depending what kind person working at the store also I heard staff there really good,I heard lot nice thing about the staff there. Friend say sound like there new staff are nice than old staff work there. People should not listen to review about bad thing why because maybe its untrue about the whole thing.. hope you give a chance for it or go shop the store
