I went into the store to inquire about my upgrade, Brittany the store manager was assisting us, she went above and beyond to go over our options for a new phone. We have Multiple Cell phones and other services with Bell for the past 8+ years. We picked up a Samsung S23 from a wireless store in Costco this morning and was told to return the previous Samsung S20 to any Bell store.My wife and Son went in to return the S20 Phone and the counter person (refused to give name) said the phone was scratched (it was not) and that she could not find the phone or number in the system. Furthermore, she could not find any other Cell phone number in the system to validate we are Bell Customers. We apparently had no phones with Bell. After some time I asked, this is a Bell store is it not ? At this Point Manager Brittney jumped in the conversation and said You don't have to be Rude" to which I replied "How am I being rude ?" She said that I was Sarcastic. I told her this is not being rude

Visited the store and met Ravinder Ji, she was really experienced and professional with her work and the entire process for the purchase was carried out smoothly, all thanks to her! Everyone at the store was helpful and assisted us throughout.

We came into the bell store to switch Sim cards and transfer phone data we were greeted by Brittany & Ravinder those ladies listened very well and accommodated us very quickly and happily. They were very nice ladies. They Listened to our needs and went above and beyond. I would recommend everyone at this bell store especially if you are a senior. Thank you Brittany & Ravinder.

I got a great service from Amrit, bell trinity commans. She is so informative, she explained me all the mobility plans very politely and professionally. She went above and beyond to resolve my issues. This store is strongly recommended.

Today I went to this store . Phone SIM card was faulty from yesterday. No out going calls no In coming calls at our phone . . One lady talk to me I was not satisfied due to lack of her knowledge and then I approached to other girl .Her name was Amrit kaur she asked my problem and solve it . Her behaviour was Good .I noticed that all employees in the store don’t have name Tag on shirt . And they were talking in other language when they were attending the customer. Laughing at the customer. It’s not professionalism. They need more training that how to deal with a customer. It looks bad .

Just came in the bell store at Trinity Mall, have been dealing with Brittany for the past hour, she is the most amazing person that I’ve ever dealt with. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with her. I will very recommend her to my whole family and friends. She is a truly AMAZING person.

Really bad experience.Visit this store on 9th June around 5-6 pm. Lady on entrance stated they can’t provide prepaid services. Another girl in store said customer is lying . After that I showed them my reservation on phone by bell for this location.Then a boy came and help us out. He was the only person who genuinely wants to listen to us.I believe other staff was not even ready to listen to the customer. However, they were standing free and talking to each other. After that experience I changed my service provider immediately.
