John and team are fantastic to deal with. They believe in the products they sell and are home theater fanatics (in a good way).John spent a great deal of time demoing the speakers and explaining what was important to consider.There was no pressure to buy and I ended up with a great deal on a home theater speaker set.Highly recommend if you want solid advice and quality speaker system components.

What a great team. I have been considering a new receiver for some time now, and there was no other place I was going to shop. I’ve been dealing with them for ten years now and look forward to doing so for years to come. So much knowledge and insight. I consider them the best in the business in Calgary.

Really great experience. Bought two paradigm speakers from them, they let me demo multiple speakers in store and didn't pressure me into buying. Couldn't recommend them more!

Had the absolute pleasure of talking with John about some new speakers, we tested several sets and I settled on the ones I really like. I will be continuing to upgrade my surround system and purchasing everything through base. John really took the time to understand my environment, and what I want out of my system. He did not push any brand of speakers, or other equipment, absolutely awesome guy to deal with. Base install 2 Tv's for me. One in my workout room and the other in my office. They were on time for the appointment and did a great job.

John and his team are amazing. They have installed EPSON LS12000 projector and installed AVM 90. Did Arc calibration and did fantastic installation. Were prompt on time and I am now enjoying AVM 90 . Thank you John

I was in Calgary visiting my father for the weekend and on a whim came into the store and spoke with John. Long story short, John:-Set up 3 different speaker systems for us to listen to-Was truly knowledgeable and passionate about everything audio/home theatre-Was genuine in his recommendations of what system I would need/not a single pushy sales tactic-Drove 6 hours round trip in order to deliver and install my speakers. Like a bonehead I gave him my old address (I recently moved) which had him double back across the city.I can not thank John enough for his help. You would be foolish to go anywhere else for any audio or home theatre needs. After becoming accustomed to BestBuy, it’s refreshing to deal with someone of his caliber. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

We got an appointment on very short notice, and did a great job dealing with various little hurdles put in place by the builder of our new condo. Very satisfied.

Can't imagine buying speakers anywhere else; John the manager is so incredibly passionate about this stuff and will save you money by coming up with the best solutions, I've met some sounds engineers that know less about this stuff than John.
