Hands down love their chicken strips!! This is the only location with large and well seasoned strips. The service was great and the lady was so sweet to me, and they always give great suggestions to prevent the food from going soggy and stay delicious. Will always be going to this location ♥️

The quality of the tenders is good however I have to always wait a while even though I order a head of time. One time I had to wait an additional 45 minutes after I made an order and gave them 30 minutes to make the food. The Haleem I don't think can be called Haleem, seemed like it was reheated which is fine since it's a tough dish to make but at least they should do it right. The haleem I got was like soup. Lots of water and no taste whatsoever. If it was a low charge I wouldn't care but to pay 12-13 for watered down soup that I had to throw out did burn a little.

Worst food ever!!!!!! I highly advise everyone to avoid this place because as in my experience the food was not worth it. The chicken in the burger was very dry and hard it wasn't even fresh. The chicken piece was also dry and hard. The poutine was like for $10 and it had no taste , I can make way better poutine at home. And their chicken biryani was not even restraunt style.

I've been there couple of times and to be honest.. waiting couple of minutes for a good fresh chicken is worth it. Never got under or overcooked chicken in there. Portions are huge compared to Mary brown's baby chickens lol.

Ordered a CEASAR SALAD and got a bad iceberg lettuce, chicken strips and mayo on side. like seriously??? Very deceiving. Change your salad’s name if you guys don’t know what’s a ceasar salad.

I come here pretty often but won’t be coming again, at least to this branch. Firstly, the customer service is at times unacceptable and quite frankly unprofessional. Ordering over the phone is a nightmare as the employee (specifically the older aged man) pushes you off the phone without asking if you’d like anything else or if that’s all. The man always says it will be done in approximately 10 minutes. However, the second issue is the time. They say 10 minutes but it feels like when you get there, that’s when they start making it, because it takes another 10-15 minutes in the back. Thirdly, food is very hit or miss. The saddletowne branch is so good and usually tastes great, but this branch has almost an equal ratio of good and bad which is sad considering their prices are so expensive. How is it $10 FOR A CHICKEN BURGER that is nothing but a piece of lettuce, a chicken piece, and a squirt of mayo. My friend came here the other day and they ordered the chicken poutine which was $10, came in a very small portion with NO chicken, and very scarce amounts of cheese, and loaded with gravy which made the fries taste very gritty. Loved this place for the longest time, but recent years have made both the food and customer service unappealing.

Is there any option to choose no star?!The worst place for spending money!No good service!No good food?And no good staff!I wasted here my $17 for 4 pieces of chicken with a bunch of burnt fries.WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
