Indra made me understand the root cause of the problem by showing me what's happening in the pipes through Camera, diagnosed the issue and unclogged my drain through flushing and snake, also given me some preventive tips to follow going forward. Got a sewer back-up issue on my basement when my neighbor cut and block my sewer line. Everest came and exactly pin point where the location of blockage, with their professional help I was able to call the right department to correct the issue. The consultant arrived on time, was courteous, professional and considerate (called before arriving, wore boot covers and a mask). I am very pleased with Everest Drain and Plumbing. I had an urgent issue with my kitchen sink and I called and spoke with Ken. Ken was very friendly, provided a very reasonable quote, and assured me he could fix my issues and even send over a plumber within a few hours! Donald was the plumber who fixed my sink and he was excellent: professional, prompt and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood. I was very pleased with the work Donald did and happy my sink is fixed. In regards to the bill, I was charged the exact price I had been quoted on the phone..no surprises, which was very nice. Kitchen sink was clogged, called Saturday and they sent technician first thing on the morning of Sunday right on time. Technician Ten troubleshooted the problem and fixed professionally without any mess.I recommend Everest.

I initially called Home Depot to change my hot water tank. After everything was finalized through email, when they came to change it they said they couldn’t do it because they can’t remove the water from the tank ? I researched and found Everest Plumbing. I called them right away and they said they could replace it the very next day because it needed it to be done ASAP. Indra came and did the job in like 4-5 hours. Donald was really professional, expert and explained us in detailed how kitchen sink and washroom upstairs pipes are connected to drainage line which goes out in the city. Our kitchen clean-out was hidden in basement inside one of the dry walls, and he handled finding and cutting with care. Quality of service was top-notch and price was very reasonable.
