Absolutely wonderful experience with our basement flooring install. Nate does an amazing job as a project manager following up, providing samples, getting things scheduled, and ensuring we were satisfied with everything. Glen and Charles did a great job with the install. There were a couple spots I was worried where our concrete floor was a little uneven about how they were going to handle it. When I stopped in to let them know, they were already doing the prep work to fill in the seams in our concrete floor and smooth and feather the unevenness to ensure we wouldn't have problems in the future. At our old house, we had flooring installed in our basement and every time we walked on it, we could feel it. Excellent attention to detail. In addition to being good at what they do, all three are great people that were excellent to work with! We are already talking about replacing our old flooring upstairs and know who we will go with when we do.

Courtney was fantastic to work with in your design center. She earned my business because she was so much more personable and knowledgeable than your competitors. Mike installed my entire condo in three days. He was a joy to have around and did a great job. He earned my repeat business. We talked about having him return next summer to replace the tile in my two bathrooms. Well done, Courtney, Mike, and Dulmes! Thank you for the utterly gorgeous new Luxury Vinyl floors!

Very happy with our experience at Dulmus Decore. We purchased new carpet and vinyl plank for our living room. Bob came over to measure and understood what we were looking for. Samantha was super helpful coming up with the right product after looking at pictures of area that needed to be changed and Matt did a great job job installing. I would highly recommend!

The selections are almost overwhelming. I found mine pretty quickly with Scott’s help. I ordered it expecting about five weeks wait time. The carpet came in within two weeks and the installation was week three (after ordering). It looks great. You absolutely can’t go wrong at Dulmes!

After the carpet install, $5K for a 20x18 bedroom and closet, I had another firm quote the rest of my work for the Luxury Laminate part of the job. The material's were the same quality. I had the other firm do the work. Their invoice was less then half of Dulmes. They also moved the furniture at no extra cost.I had asked the Dulmes salesman if they could help me move my bed frame back into the room as I had no help the install day. Both of installers refused to help me claiming physical problems.A couple of other points. Dulmes requires full payment when you sign, the other firm 50% down. This leaves no leverage for post sale issues. Dulmes also would not tell me how many square feet of product I was buying. This tells me they are worried you may check prices.Advice, get 3 quotes.

When we were first looking for carpet and went in the store Bob K was very helpful with all the questions we had! We were able to get an estimate quickly and the installation was great! I will definitely go there again when I need to carpet other rooms.

Very happy with our floors, Bob was great to come out at our conveinence to get measurements and share his knowledge of products to use or not to use in our different areas. The installers were great, very respectful, cleaned up after themselves, attention to detail and got the job done efficiently. If you need flooring, I highly recommend Dulmus. I will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs.
