Kia of Owen Sound

I see a few reviews here about professionalism. Yesterday I had an interesting experience, I went in to inquire about purchasing a new Telluride, I pulled in and a salesman frantically ran out and said I had to move my car immediately because he was going to park a demo there.. he said it was urgent and I had to do it right away. I simply got in and drove away, definitely not how I expected my first interaction to go.

When I was calling ever other Kia all over Ontario, I was lucky enough to identify that Owen Sound Kia which had a stock of Exact Car and trim i was looking for. Salesperson Jamie helped us with the initial meetup and the Manager Barry explained us the process clearly. They didnt even ask me for a deposit to hold the car for me. Finance guy Arthur knows his stuff and made the Lien process really simple for us. During our delivery, Jamie took time to explain each and every bit if Car, really appreciate that. If anyone is looking for a hassle free experience in buy any Kia, then Owen Sound of Kia is the go to place. Happy that I got my first car in Canada with you guys, more to follow. Cheers!!!

My car sat at barrie Kia for 6 months with no end in sight. Had the car moved to owen sound Kia and they had it finished in 3 days.Update: had to bring the car back a couple days later because bolts were vibrating off the motor they just replaced. Had to drive 2 hours to get here and have been sitting here waiting for almost another 2 hours. Extremely disappointed.Just don’t buy a Kia.

Do Not buy or do service from Kia of owen soundAbsolutely the worst customer service. 2022 seltos has been in that dealership for over 6 months now. Rob says he’s just as upset because he has to give us a loner vehicle, and all he has to say is it’s out of their hands, it’s Kia CanadaDO NOT RECOMMEND6 months Rob!!!!!! All you do is say you’re working on our behalf. 6 months Rob. When I asked you, you couldn’t even tell me how long the car has been there.Bought a brand new vehicle Rob of course at our expense and can’t even drive it. Thanks for working on our behalf!His return message is a prime example of all he says to us for the past 3 months now.

Very efficient, honest and reasonable priced service dealership. Made an appointment easily and oil change was completed on time. Highly recommended

Just picked up my new Kia Forte from here, Jamie was very helpful, very transparent, helped me get an amazing deal on my new purchase and was awesome to deal with! 10/10 would return for my next Kia purchase thanks to him!UPDATE: Figured I'd update this, Dealt with Jamie again to trade in my forte for something bigger and decided to go with a Seltos. Jamie listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick the right trim to suit my needs. Another flawless transaction! All in all Kia Owen Sound and Jamie have been amazing in helping me with any transaction I've gone to them for!

Can’t say enough good about this dealership. Recently bought a used car and was treated with utmost respect, kindness and professionalism. A considerable amount of time was spent upon vehicle delivery to ensure my phone was set up with the cars technology and that I understood all the features of the vehicle. Just bought a Seltos from Jamie & it was the easiest car-buying experience of my life. Would highly recommend him and the dealershipEveryone hates vehicle shopping for the pushy sales people & the back/forth games. None of that here. He was there to answer any/all questions I asked & gave his honest opinion when I requested it. This is the second Kia I’ve bought & I’ll only be going back to Owen Sound Kia from now on. 10/10

I took my KIA Forte in this morning cuz of 2 recalls & undercoating check up. I told the service guy I didn't have a lot of time cuz I am my mom's caregiver & can't leave her for a long period of time. He made sure my car was taken in right away & it was finished in one hour. Amazing service!! Very pleasant people who understand that their customers have responsibilities & time constraints. Thanks very much KIA of Owen Sound.
