Here is how I can explain my experience at Paramount Ice Gymnasium. First of all, the staff is very friendly. Second, the Gymnasium had nice floors. Third, Gym had great spacing. Finally, the few issues are ceiling is pretty low, A/C needs fixing because it gets too hot in the summer, and lights need to be fixed.

Not reliable. They will double book your ice and 20 people would come for nothing. Also hard to contact them.Also, If you want to watch a game from the restaurant they will come and ask you to buy food or watch from outside.

Feels really run down... the paint job they recently did feels unfinished in some places. They also need to tidy up around the rink.

Terrible and dangerous ice rinks. Half the lights are burnt out and management fails to replace and the ice along the board in the corners drops about 1-1.5 inches. This review only applies to the two ice rinks and not the rest of the complex which remains unknown to me.

This place is absolutely gross and the ice is medium at best. Could only be worse if it was Vaughan Iceplex (rip)

Good place, but it doesn't have a clear signage of what is located where, directions. Very poor organized. Ice is very bumpy, not maintained and have highfriction areas where skates doesn't slide, also it's not cleaned of previous skaters and debries.

Hostile staff members. We were resting in the main building while our daughter was taking the skating class. Someone came and asked us to leave. When I showed confusion as to why we needed to leave, he asked the owner (of Ice Dreams) come and threatened to pull my daughter out of class.
