Service has really deteriorated here. I visited on the evening of mar 16, a Thursday and was treated with such arrogance and judgie behaviour. The experience made me uncomfortable. I guess next time I will just go across the street at Bubby roses where they have amazing food and great service. The waitress was rude to me and when I didn’t tip her she brought me my gin and tonic with a bug in it. Talk about vindictiveness…

Great coffee, great service, great vibe! Easily one of my top three coffee shops in Victoria. If you're lucky, you can get some sidewalk seating to enjoy the sunshine (when available).

Pretty expensive and the iced chai latte was the worst I’ve ever had. Seems like a nice place otherwise. So take my rating with a grain of salt. It was $12 for two drinks.

I recently visited this café and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly. While a renovation is needed, with new chairs, tables, and cups, this café has the potential to be even better. I recommend giving it a try!

A mostly good experience except they were sold out of a number of things. We found something we wanted only to be told it was also out and they were not sure how to do refunds. They eventually got it and our beverages were all good. Baked goods next time. I just added this and changed my rating from 4 stars. The server accosted a very elderly man with mobility issues. He was seated at a table and had a mask on but lifted it so that she could hear him. His breathing was laboured. She kept telling him to put his mask on. It’s hard to see an old guy made to struggle so much.

I won’t be prepaying my gratuities until after I receive the product. Why? I ordered when there was no one else at the coffee bar. I sat down. I waited for my latte. Time passed so I got up and went back to see what was happening, I was on a short break. There were two employees working. My latte had been passed over for another customer who came in after me, purchased coffee, and had the beans ground. I asked the server whether she had ordered my coffee. Yes she had. Too bad about my order! Again my order was relayed to the Barista, who replied yes she was aware and she would make it. When I got my pita and hummus. I asked the food prep person if it was made that day. It had a tangy quality and I was curious about what that was. I was told it was lemon juice. I was trying to flush out how long it had sat in the fridge as it seemed almost bubbly. Anyway, I won’t order that again. To be fair I have always enjoyed this place. I think some training from the regular staff in order here.

With some of the best coffee in town Caffe Fantastico is an easy choice as a long weekend destination. They now have a brunch menu and a well equipped kitchen turning out beautiful food. My curry chicken sandwich was very flavourful and was paired with an even better salad.Their service seems to have improved and I'm happy to say that my cappuccino did not veer into latte territory.

:)This is a good Coffee place.:(Only bad point : The music is TOO loud and it makes it less cozy that it could be, wether you wanna catch up with a friend or work on your computer (you would need good noise cancellation feature on your earbud)...This is a shame because the products and service are satisfying !

Friendly staff, great price, nice place! Chicken Sandwich is the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever had haha, I love every layer about it! Highly recommend to everyone!!

Well presented food, that tasted great! Nice staff and cute decor. Only thing is the prices are a bit high for small portions. Don’t recommend their italian soda, but out of what we tried I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich.
