Strong Computer

5 minutes before closing i brought my computer in, i had just managed to knock it over and it wasn't booting. The wonderful guy at Strong Computer smiled as i brought it in, and did his best to get it up and running for me. He stayed overtime to get it working, and he even dusted it for me while I was pacing the store in a panic (i love my pc <3)15minutes after closing the computer was running again and I could get back to my night of gaming. Best service I have ever had, and a brilliant experience all round!

Derek did an excellent job fixing my computer that corrupted after trying to update to windows 10 from Windows 8. Would recommend him and his services to anyone. My computer was fixed in less than 24 hours and it was done at a reasonable cost! Very happy!

What an amazing place, I had an emergency with my PC and from the moment I arrived I was relived, we had a plan to fix the problem and within a couple hours everything was solved. Such a major relief, tested the computer and fixed 100%....Best service ever!!!

Broke a laptop key on my Acer, and while the two larger computer stores down the street only offered to replace the entire keyboard for $100+, the owner found an exact match of the broken key within minutes. Friendly and courteous service with reasonable prices, strongly (pun intended) recommended!

I had a fan error! I was aiming to drop my laptop to his shop. When I went there it hasn't been opened yet. Then went to the next door shop providing repair works as well. Since they didn't want to deal with my old laptop and suggested to visit next door neighbour, Strong Computer!He immediately saw the problem. He knew what needs to be done. Now I got my laptop back within 10 days with a reasonable price...

This is one of the best computer stores I have been to in the lower mainland!!I recently had a laptop motherboard fry on me and was looking for a shop in the Vancouver and lower mainland area to swap out out the old one for a new one, I had recently ordered on eBay. After calling 3 or 4 computer repair shops, for some odd reason, no body wanted to take on swapping a motherboard on a laptop?? I seemed to get every excuse as to why they wouldn't take it, I wasn't aware certain computer repair stores wanted to refuse business?!Fast forward to the other day, I brought in my laptop to Strong Computer. Not only was the job done in less than a day, the owner went above and beyond after we realized only after I left that the m.2 drive the OS was on actually fried as well. So he helped me compare products between memory express and Canada computer's then went and purchased the additional components needed on my behalf so he could get the job done. This is definitely some of the best customer service I have ever come across. I would highly recommend this place and will continue bringing my computers to this company.

One of the best experience that I had. He fixed my 7-year old Acer laptop twice. Once to replace the fan, the other time to replace the power cord. Very efficient, very reasonable price (even cheaper than you buy parts on ebay and replace by yourself). Highly recommended.
