Truly an exceptional Inn with a charming host. All 5 rooms are equally beautiful. Unique petite touches everywhere add up to a very memorable stay. The breakfast was over the top. The Inn is nestled in the middle of 4 acres of woods and landscape. A must stay!

Spend an evening here a few years ago visiting my old home town the Owners , Rooms , and Food was terrific . Also the history is fascinating Dr. Banting of Insulin fame wife once was owner. Highly recommend !

This B&B is a real gem! The entire place is spotless, the room was so comfortable and spacious. We spent our days exploring the grounds (the land is HUGE) and relaxing by the pool…. there’s even a hot tub ;)There was something really special about this place - we left feeling so light and relaxed.The breakfast was included and was delicious!The woman who owns and runs the place (Laura) was definitely born to be doing this. She is extremely hospitable and adds her own personal touches that made this place truly unique and our weekend-stay one that we will never forget!Merci - see you again soon!

This B&B just over the border in Canada is wonderful! Laura and Lola (the labradoodle) and Fred have made a wonderful guest house for all. Thoughtful amenities and constant, but not intrusive attention are the theme here. With a private pool and breakfast made with your taste in mind, you will not do any better.

We decided to book at Lee Farm Inn to break up the drive back home to Massachusetts from Québec City and are so happy we did!This B&B truly exceeded our expectations in this small town right at the border.The Inn is lovely and well appointed and SPOTLESS, yet comfortable. Laura was a gracious hostess who clearly pays close attention to details. Very soft quality linens and towels, beautiful decor, and nice toiletries. It makes you feel very pampered! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a stay. We also took advantage of the sauna and sitting room while we were here which was very relaxing.The gourmet breakfast was fresh and delicious- it was hard to pick a favorite but the warm oven croissant was probably my favorite part as well as the fresh sausage.I would recommend this inn to anyone looking for a little escape, or a quiet place to spend some time.Thank you Laura, for such a memorable stay (and please give Lola a pat for me, she was just the sweetest)!

The Lee Farm Inn is a lovely retreat. My wife, son, and I recently stayed for a week and we were treated royally. Laura's breakfast's are the best, both healthy and hearty. She is a wonderful host and a wonderful person to boot. Kudos to her partner Fred as well. Anyone travelling and staying at the Inn will experience a friendly, warm and relaxing stay. 5 stars plus.

Thank-you Laura for being a wonderful host. You welcomed us with a beautiful smile and graciously invited us to enjoy your stunning 1810 home. After a long day of cycling it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend a stay at Lee Farm Inn!

The Lee Farm Inn is a real gem, from the history of its occupants to its present owners, Laura, Fred and Lola, who are all exceptional hosts. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool a godsend after a long day of travel, and the breakfast a feast! The grounds are extensive with a perch overlooking the river, a swimming pool with kitchen/bar/barbecue/bathroom options nearby, and artwork carved from the remains of towering old trees. The Inn is conveniently located immediately after entering Canada from Route 91 in Vermont. Definitely 5 stars!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Impeccably clean, elegant yet cozy, and very tasteful.High quality in everything - from service to (delicious!) breakfast and everything in between.Thanks to Laura for this great experience - We hope to come back one day and stay a while :)
