Andrew and the Trust It Plumbing team completed a complicated main water line leak and pipe replacement on time, on budget and to a very high standard. The main fresh water line to our house was leaking below the foundation and starting to leak into our basement. Andrew quickly assessed the situation and proposed in a clear and transparent manner a solution and estimate to replace the line in way that minimized excavation. Through Andrew and his team's experience, the work was completed above expectation and we now have a new line to both units in the complex. Andrew and his team even found a resourceful way to maintain water flow in our house while completing the work, which minimized any inconvenience. We have used Trust It Plumbing for small and now large projects and all the work has surpassed our expectations in terms of quality, transparency, timeliness and cost. Andrew and his crew are Great I had an issue with roots in the sewer line that backed up my toilet, over the long weekend, they came the following day and worked all day to make sure that it was fixed.They are polite and courteous. They had to dig up the lawn. They cut it into sod like squares and replaced and watered it when they were done.They are a 5 Star rating

Andrew was very professional and courteous. He kindly responded to a last minute call on a Friday late afternoon to fix a blocked sewer line. He carefully explained the steps that he needed to do and he reviewed the process after he fixed the problem. He left the work site clean.I am happy to give him an excellent recommendation and I will certainly call Trust It Plumbing again.

Our strata decided to change contractors in the middle of a large plumbing project across 9 buildings. Andrew and his team (Trust It Plumbing) were professional, skilled, and dealt with all the affected owners perfectly. They used the right tools for each job to solve problems quickly when they arose, and finished off a more polished job almost twice as fast and at almost half the cost as our previous contractor. We had an issue with the main pipe to the house and Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Throughout the whole process which ended up needing excavation, Andrew was very accommodating and understanding, and was patient enough to explain to us all the details and alternatives. What would have taken other companies I think at least a few days, Trust It Plumbing was able to do in one! Highly recommend these guys.

We called Trust It Plumbing late on a Friday night as our downstairs sink was overflowing and the pipes had backed up. Andrew came after hours and worked for over an hour clearing out the pipes with specialized equipment and camera footage to show that the problem had been solved. We were very impressed by the professionalism showed and the excellent service. We highly recommend Trust It Plumbing and we would definitely use them again!

Had a clogged bathtub in my Yaletown condo yesterday. Called a few plumbers and they were either busy or suggested to come on Monday. Andrew was nice enough to squeeze us in his busy schedule on Saturday. He was professional, courteous and advised cost up front. Luckily it was not a big clog and he was able to clear it quickly. Would recommend and use him again in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency at 10AM on a Saturday morning. We had sewage lines overflowing into our basement suite. After calling multiple plumbers, trust it was able to be there in a couple hours. They spent all Saturday and Sunday fixing our problem to make sure we were comfortable.The workers were courteous and helped ease or minds. They were quick, efficient and did a great job.
