The Ear Company - Peterborough Audiology Inc

The Lady that served me a few weeks ago said she was very busy and gave me a bag full of tips to take home and try to find some that fit my aids. Today, an audiologist said it surprised him that l didn't puncture an ear drum because those tips are way too small for the aids l have. So, l now question who was right? Should l trust either of these people?

Had a wonderful experience today at the Ear Company. My son is 3 years old and needed his hearing tested for speech therapy purposes.Upon arriving at the ear company I was greeted with a smile and offered tea or coffee. They also had a selection of deserts.When we got into the testing room the Dr was so great! He talked to my son with a smile and joy. You could tell he is very passionate about his job and cares about the clients.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone..Thank you ear company for making my our experience so pleasant. You guys rock !

This place, although not open on weekends, is good. Excellent service, knowledge staff. They sell batteries for most (maybe all) hearing aid brands. Also, they can make you custom fit ear plugs for a variety of situations.

Brought my 4 year old for his first visit. Arrived on time and didn’t wait long to see Sanj. His trust building and expertise with kids is evident. He had my son comfortable and actively engaged in the whole process while still delivering information to us while conducting the tests. Would highly recommend.

We visited The Ear Company for our three year old daughter related to speech therapy after a coworker recommended their excellent services. She was right, the service is incredible. A clean, refreshing environment that is also child friendly with toys to occupy them while they wait plus snacks and refreshments were offered as well. Very friendly staff right when you walk in the front door and the doctor was so amazing with our daughter. He truly knows how to connect with children making it a smooth process. It is evident that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, truly caring about the health of the patients. We had an amazing experience and will not hesitate recommending them to anyone who may need their assistance. Thank you for going above and beyond for your patients, it is truly appreciated!

I came in for a consult, and the experience from phone reception to Dr. Sanjeev himself was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sanjeev's caring and consoling demeanor inspires confidence and relief in his patients. I also did not expect the complimentary treatment and audio test on my first visit, for which I am very grateful. 5 stars and highly recommended.

This is an amazing place to go if you have ear issues. The staff is very professional and friendly. I sent my partner here to get his hearing checked and they made him feel so comfortable they also worked with him to get his hearing aids covered by wsib. They also will flush your ears and many other of your ear needs.
