Joes Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

I called Joe after the first technician I hired dumped some gas in my system and drove off with a huge leak. After asking locally for suggestions Joe popped up -- he was able to get to my place diagnose and fix my issue within 48 hours of reaching out to him. Joe took the time to thoroughly inspect all components and explained his process and was extremely transparent. I can't recommend him enough my heat is running great and I have piece of mind it will stay that way.

This year, like last year, pipes froze and burst in our old home. This year, like last year, we called Joe’s Plumbing and Heating. Joe told us when he could fit us in among other similar emergencies. He came on time, disappeared into the crawl space between our first and second floors and when he came out, the leaks - all three of them - were fixed. If this happens again next year, we’ll call Joe.

He even drove my wife to the store when I was not there during his service call. I have asked Joe to put us in his calendar for an annual service call on the heating and air conditioning system. Honestly, Joe is a life saver! Literally. Tock our huge job last minute when another gas fitter dropped the job. He was quick, professional, very informative, by the book and easy to deal with. This is the second time we’ve used Joe’s services/expertise . He put in a new plumbing system and full shower at our camp a few years ago. This was NOT an easy task and required a lot of ingenuity/skill. . We were so impressed with his knowledge/professionalism /work ethic and genuine care that we called him again when we decided on heat pumps for our home . He installed 2 ductless heat pumps this week, and once again went above and beyond our expectations! His communication is stellar and his workmanship speaks for itself …I’d give him 10 stars if I could ! Now a days it is really difficult to have businesses return calls and you returned my call the following morning and I was able to set up an appointment for the cleaning. Highly recommend.

Joe modernized our laundry plumbing and installed a utility sink in our basement. While preparing for the job, he noticed and pointed out the beginnings of a crack in our plumbing stack, and recommended it be fixed before it becomes a problem, so we got him to take care of that too. After re-pressurizing the lines an old copper pipe sprung a pinhole leak, and now that's fixed as well! Very knowledgeable and professional, and excellent quality work.

I had my toilet removed and replaced, also I has my kitchen sink and taps removed and replaced. I was really pleased with everything. Quit, reasonably priced and very clean. Yes you could say I'm Happy.
