I used Moores for my groomsmen at my wedding.. one of the groomsmen’s suit was a day late and almost didn’t receive it in time for the wedding. Had to drive up there 3 times with no warning it wasn’t in store. On the day of my wedding 3 of my groomsmen has the wrong shoes and they were only willing to reimburse for the shoes of the groomsmen that had wrong shoes. Not impressed

We had Jacki help us. We came without booking an appointment and they were able to squeeze us in. My daughter was looking to get a tux to wear for her grad instead of a prom dress. Jacki was very helpful and attentive. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing the tux at their store their customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jacki for making it a great experience for my daughter. Greatly appreciate it :-)

We had Jacki help my husband find the perfect suit for our wedding. She was knowledgeable and provided style/colour advice while allowing us to make the final decision. We went with a custom suit, and she ensured it was tailored to fit properly. Our experience with Jacki was great and we highly recommend working with her! However, our experience with other staff was not as helpful - felt like we were brushed off at times or judged for the style that we were going for.

Grabage quality products. All their shirts shrunk, and trousers turn into rags with one wash._______________________<<_<<_The people from the head office replied to my review, but don't be fooled by their phony schemes. They are trying to show that something was done about the issue, but nothing was done. This is one of the worst companies in North America._______<<<___________________I bought shirts a couple of weeks ago, and they shrunk. Also, the collar was tight, but the salesman never listened to me. Now, when I try to wear ties with it, I am choking.The new staff needs to be trained well because they don't know what they are doing.

Rented a suit from this Moore’s. Button fell off vest and stains on the back of the vest. Wouldn’t change the price or do anything for me horrible service

I am always happy to spend whatever it is. I would never be disappointed. This is the best place for suits or for proms or for weddings or for anything you desire. If its too expensive, that's fine, you can always rent instead of buy. So if you rent you can be proud that it fits for the week or so instead of buying when it won't fit anymore
