Manny Martinez was very helpful and very understanding of what we have asked in terms of the price we are willing to pay for the 2022 GLB 35 AMG. As returning customer and outright buyer, they treated us so well and they gave us excellent deal that we couldn’t turn our back and not buy the GLB35 AMG. Very happy with my new car and the whole experience! Adam, my salesman and the rest of the staff, including the manager and Derrick the finance manager, were all very friendly. Adam wasted no time making sure that the numbers were exactly what I needed without pushing me around, it was quick and painless. This is a very trustworthy dealership with people who actually care about your experience even after you sign on the dotted line, that’s rare now! Me and my boyfriend recently bought a car from here with an outstanding and professional salesman Manny, and I have to say the experience was great. There were some financial difficulties while getting this car but Manny and the finance man Derrickwere both very patience towards our anxieties, answering our concerns and calming us down. Excellent experience from the first contact , everything was handled promptly, professionally and without issue. Ahmed, Brian and Derrick got me on the road the next day so I could prepare for the trip back to BCBrought a long, stressful ,often disappointing used vehicle search in Vancouver and Edmonton to a far better conclusion than I could have hoped for.Purchased a 12 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee in exceptional condition at great price, the detailing and photos were top notch.Drove around Edmonton a couple of days then made 900 km trip home, and used a few days here , not one issue or concern with it at all. Have gone over the entire vehicle and cant find one feature , and they are many ,that doesn't operate perfectly nor find anything to repair or replace. Went so far as removing the 7 Skid plates to inspect the under carriage and components, no leaks at all, no rust issues. all fluids clean, all filters clean. Nothing to do to it but drive and service when requiredFor an under $20,000 purchase, these folks at M-B Edmonton West really upped the standards.
