I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of pieces in my size (xl) today. I scored a couple of home decor pieces as well. The service was pleasant.

It was my first visit to the store and I was impressed with the multiple options and the way the merchandise was organized by colour. The staff and service was fantastic! Reduce the clothing footprint, bring your clothes in and shop consignment!

Just recently went to My Favorite Aunt's" for the first time. It was an absolute blast! My Mom and I both were able to find things we liked - and with a nearly 40 year age gap between us

Poor customer serviceI went in today to collect my cash, as they told me to come back in 6 weeks time, which I did. They told me that my contract date ends next week. I told them I had driven from far and if there is any possibility to just collect my cash now and terminate the contract as it would be difficult for me to come back next week. I asked if there was any possibility they could just e-transfer me next week or if I could get cash today. She said that it would be inconvenient for her to go on floor to get my items. I am a Personal Stylist and send my clients there all the time. Moving forward, I unfortunately will not be referring my clients to them anymore. Truly disappointed to see how poor the customer service was.

Not quite my usual style but geared more towards the mature style of clothing, more business casual and formal. Blouses, blazers, capris, button ups, purses, shoes, camisoles.

I live out of town and this is always a must when I come to Edmonton! Always neat things to see and I really love that they have a decor section.

It's okay. One of the owners/managers can be really quite rude - she ignores people standing at the counter and will walk by you several times to get to the computer without ever once meeting your eye or acknowledging that you are waiting for assistance. The other one (I think that they are sisters) is really very lovely. If you think of it as garage sale pricing then consigning here is okay. Example, I brought in a brand new full size turkey roasting pan with rack that was from a higher end culinary line and they sold it for $10 and I got $4. Definitely garage sale prices.

I found My Favorite Aunt's in 2007 and from the date I went there I fell in love with the place. They used to sell men and kids clothing as well. Not anymore. Been shopping here since the 80s and it’s still one of my favourite places to shop. Fro ladies clothing, purses and shoes to accessories, makeup and even housewares. Outfitted myself and my friends from this great store for many years now. Love it!

I have consigned at about 5 shops around town for over 12 years. Good variety at this shop from clothing, housewares, jewelry, shoes, and purses. The left side of the store is where most of your time gets taken up. The tops are organized by style and color, but not size. So you have to go through everything if you came to peruse.I can't say I am a fan of the consignment process for the amount of items that get accepted and the length of time items are consigned. I feel this is mainly due to the volume they get and the store size/turnover. They're definitely very selective in what they take, which is fine. Since COVID, you have to book a consignment drop off time, then come back a week later to pick up items they don't consign, and the period is only for 6 weeks, so you have to pick up your items again not long after. For the back and forth to the shop, my consignment payouts haven't been particularly worthwhile.For buying, I've often left with 1-3 good finds each time I go. The staff have been friendly. I remember years back when I was in a change room, not realizing it was close to closing time. They didn't knock on my door or announce anything, just turned off the lights to the shop. I awkwardly came out to two staff members just looking at me from the desk.They run a good instagram page with good feature items and you can hold items they post. Though, I noticed this often leads to a lot of next please!" So the item gets held up in a line of people sometimes."
