Boots broke after five times wearing them and manager said “not our problem”.I recently purchased the Bonn Black Leather boots. Last weekend I wore them out and the heel cap on the left boot fell off. I have only worn them a handful of times and was shocked to see them falling apart already. The boots are currently unwearable as walking without a heel cap will result in further damage to the boot.These boots were over $250. I was happy to spend the money in exchange for quality, but am saddened by not only the quality, but the lack of customer service support in the Sherway Gardens location. When I went to the store they said that happens but they don’t do refunds, exchanges, store credit or repairs for this issue. Their recommendation was that I should just go pay $50 to have them fixed by a cobbler.I was under the impression that the boots are meant to last longer than 5 wears as it would be extremely deceiving and unethical otherwise. Apparently that is not the case with l’intervalle. Cute boots, would recommend if you don’t mind spending $50 every five weeks to repair them!

Visited L'Intervalle in Etobicoke this afternoon and I don't have a single good thing to say about my experience. The customer service I received was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Regardless of the situation, Emily (manager) did not know how to handle it. She was not helpful whatsoever, was not willing to do more than she had to, was very passive, and rude. This is the type of person that should not be working in a customer service environment at all. I am shocked that a manager of a retail store has such poor leadership skills. I expected more from this establishment. Do better!

I never shop ever and the patience the team here took to help me understand styles, find the right fit, and even help with multiple exchanges when I felt buyers remorse was phenomenal. Wore the shoes I bought from 6pm to 2am without any pain or blisters.

I went into this store for the first time while looking for shoes for my wedding. After searching in other stores for months I fell in love with multiple pairs of shoes here! They are the most comfortable shoes I own!! The staff was so friendly/fun and were extremely helpful without being pushy at all! Love this place and I will be coming back next time I need a pair of shoes!

The most appalling, disrespectful and belittling experience I have ever encountered in customer service industry!I purchased a handbag from L’Intervalle, Sherway Gardens for my daughter to wear to her prom. She was completely in love with the it, however upon taking it home, we noticed that the silver on the chain was peeling off significantly. Naturally, she insisted that we return the faulty item, and find something of far better quality, worthy of its price tag, for her special day. When we returned to the store, we were informed that despite the salesperson NOT informing us of this policy, even fully priced handbags at L’Intervalle are non-refundable. I was told that it is written on the back of the receipt and that I should have read the policy (of an already purchased item)!! The manager offered to exchange the bag, however we did not want a product of such (low) quality. I was told that in that case we cannot be helped in the store and that I have to deal with this misunderstanding by myself by emailing the customer service of the company. I have refused to do that and asked the manager to sort out things that were obviously their mistake with the upper management. Next day, I received a phone call from Juweira, the store manager of the Sherway location, telling me (again) that I can get an exchange or store credit. I was really upset, and explained that I want my money back, that I do not want their products and that I would not like a credit in a store that I lost my trust in. She said that she can not do anything about that, and argued (again) that I should have read the receipt. In my mind telling your customer that they should have read the fine print on the receipt (which means that the item has been already paid for) and not informing them of the policy before the fact is nothing but purposely deceiving. I asked for the contact information of her manager, and was given a name of Victoria along with a telephone number. I was told that she will call me. I received another call from Juweira 10 minutes later, letting me know that I can come to get the refund and was told: ... YOU ARE A VERY UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER TO DEAL WITH AND WE ARE HAPPY YOU WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE"....Except for a young lady that did the refund who was kind and professional

I was a little bit disappointed when I ordered shoes online from lintervalle and I have purchased multiple shoes from them before and wear a size 39 but these specific shoes were too big. I went into the sherway location to get them exchanged but I was unaware that the return period was only 2 weeks I had had them for just a little over 2 weeks and was told there was nothing they could do about it even though I was just asking for a smaller size I was not asking for a refund. I let the cashier know that I was unaware of that and that I work everyday until 7 which is when the store closes and that was the only day that I was out earlier to come exchange the shoes. Especially during this pandemic when time is so limited I was a little disappointed that they couldn't help me when I was about 6 days late from the refund time. I had to just take the shoes back and I cannot put them to use because they are too big.

Great selection and excellent service as always at this location. I have purchased a few items through the years here (for my daughter and I), and we were never disappointed. If they do not have the size or style, they order it in asap, and they keep you updated. Beware that they do not issue refund but they issue store credit or exchange the item. We were informed of this policy each time we made a purchase through the years (although we never had to return or exchange anything). The last time we dealt with Juweira, who went out of her way to ensure we get an item the store did not have in stock as soon as possible even though it was on the weekend. She reached out to the QC distribution centre to ensure the item gets on the truck! Great place, great price, stylish merchandise, good quality, and polite (non pushy) service.

Arfenny and his co workers were an absolute pleasure. They made me and my families experience a breeze. He was very helpful and extremely patient with us! I thank him and the ladies for their wonderful service!

They have nice shoes but their processes need a lot of improvement. I went in-store to return a pair of shoes I had recently bought online. I had to email them my confirmation email which was odd. They then accused me of wearing the boots that I was returning because the left shoe had scuff marks on it. Funny enough, I only tried on the right shoe and the packaging was still intact on the left shoe. I guess they re-sell used shoes?Since the shoes I bought were on sale, they had to issue me a store credit which takes a few days and can't be issued in-person (again, very odd). I wouldn't recommend ordering from them online.
