Major's Hill Park
Visited around the sunset. Very nice park with a nice view of the ottawa river and the parliament. Green areas for playing and chilling around. Not too busy.

A beautiful park with great views around Parliament Hill area. Very scenic and clean. Family friendly. Great place to take photos, especially during spring for the Tulip Festival!

It's a nice park to walk and enjoy a good view of the Parliament, Quebec border, and Rideau River.The park is well maintained, bunch of gardens with flowers and some signs telling visitors about the history of the place.

Major's Hill Park
Beautiful park with the best view of Parliament Hill from across the waters. Definitely a must visit if you want to take some nice photos. Lots of cleaning crews in the fall taking care of trees, leaves, putting away plants, etc, so you can see that this park is well maintained. Benches are available for sitting. Ideal place to stroll and watch the changing colours of the leaves in the fall.

Beautiful park, loved it better than Commissioner’s Park. Lesser collection of Tulips, but what they have is really pretty.

Major's Hill Park
This is one of my favourite parks in Ottawa. It is offers many spots for viewing great sites around the capital. The park has numerous monuments and points of interest. Over all there is plenty of sitting in the sun and other the shadow of a tree. Some corners of the park have flower arrangements.

Major's Hill Park
The park is looking over the ottawa river and give great views at both sunrise and sunset. It is right in downtown ottawa near the Ottawa Sign and is great for walking your dogs, sitting in the summer sun or just enjoying the fall weather.I usually go here for sunrise, sunset or during the rain to capture some great views and admire the glorious and colorful skies.Hope it helps!
