I.D.A. - Herman's Pharmacy

I have always had nothing but amazing outcomes from this location and this time as the owner is on holidays a big issue arose and it is being reported to the owner when he returns . I am not looking for anyone to turn away from this place but if u experience any similar issues to please report it to the head pharmacist and ownerFirst of all for a prescription refill they first of all contacted dr jacques which in fact my last name is jacques . But my dr is dr leduc in chemsford , apon us correcting this they they contacted a completly different dr leduc and were told i was not a patient there and apon us contacting the pharmacy were told this and i tried to assure they contacted the right dr leduc they were being hostile and saying yes as i asked questions thus saying yes without listening to what i was asking . So all weekend i had no pain meds and was in a ton of extra pain due to this and them saying i had to sort this out with my dr so now monday came and my drs was open and i spoke about it and they called the pharmacy to find out what happened and found that the pharmacy said they contacted the wrong dr at the start then they contacted the wrong dr leduc and that then they got it sorted and got my prescription refilled last week and its been ready for pickup since Thursday but when my gf went to get the prescription and was being very polite about things was told that they did not call to notify us the meds were ready cause we were being hostile and the lady was being extremely rude with my gf and very hostile rather then admitting that they massively messed up and would rather have me in massed added pain all weekend rather then swallowing there pride and admitting to there mess ups and confusions . I feel this is HUGELY unacceptable AT ALL . And i WILL be reporting this entirely to the owner of this location i hope no one else has to go through what i have had to . Update: We have talked to a head pharmacist other then the one already spoken to that has caused all this . And even she agree's that this is VERY uncalled for and unprofessional and that the lady withholding my meds from me is NOT right at all even if i was Hostile which i wasnt at all ever . but that is beside the point that she willingly withheld my meds from me since thursday ( friday my drs was closed) so we didnt find out my meds were even ready until my Drs called the pharmacist and they told my drs rather then telling me . And last we were told on thursday is that we had to sort this out with my drs to get my perscription refilled . The owner is on holidays but we will be making sure once he is back that he is fully aware of all of this . As we have NEVER EVER had any issues ever with anyone else

Awesome staff and the pharmacist will go the extra mile to help you , Herman is more then a Pharmacist he actually really care about your well-being , he is by far the best Pharmacist I have ever known

Staff is quick efficient courteous and friendly

Was only in there briefly but they helped me within moments of noticing I couldn't find what I was looking for. The pharmacist even went out of his way to help me figure out disages. They seemed to know several customers by name. Would definitely return.

An excellent pharmacy with great staff. I would recommend switching your prescriptions here, they will take care of you.

Been with Herman's for about 2 yrs now and Herman himself is the absolute best Pharmacist around. He cares about his clients. Scott is awesome and caring as well. Had a problem with one worker at the beginning, made a complaint and that worker is now gone. I've had to stop working due to health issues but I'm well aware that as Pharmacy assistants, they need to be compassionate towards clients. We go to pharmacies not only for prescription pick ups but for advice as well and we certainly don't need workers to intimidate us. Now I will be complaining about 3 female staff members that are working there now. They have no sense of humor, and have been treating me like I'm a burden and for what really? They don't know me. Maybe they too should find another field. I understand that everyone is under a lot of stress but employees like that we certainly don't need. As patients, we don't need to feel uncomfortable when going to our Pharmacies. Herman's Pharmacy is an excellent place to go to and I recommend them to everyone but it takes only one employee to ruin it for some patients. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly. Other than that, I thank Herman and Scott for their exceptional help and compassion.
