I'm new to the Wallaceburg area and my new home required extensive renovations. I've been in the store almost daily recently and staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently, I had an issue with my new kitchen sink on my countertop install day and needed to find a replacement ASAP. Terry & Deb went WAY over and above to help save the day and I could not be more appreciative. Many thanks to the Rona Wallaceburg Team for all your help and support.

The people were really friendly & helpful, but $175 for 2 wooden 30 x 80 doors without handle holes is fairly expensive in my opinion. It might be the economy right now though, so I don't blame them.

Another Lazy place for yard workers to stand around while a delivery needs to be taken care of , Rona workers are the laziest. Just remember ... you don't have a store without us delivering product..

awesome just bought a electric fireplace plus other stuff Terry was amazing very knowledgeable Nick was amazing as well helped me understand how things worked plus the delivery guys were great did a great job plus Niki was great and friendly to, thanks to you all good job done ✔️

Living in a smaller city it is nice to know that we have such a dedicated work force available to help whenever we need it. Nick has always gone above and beyond to help us create our projects and the service team to ensure we find or get what we need. The entire team should be recognized for their hard work.

Good day everyone.Lets talk about the Rona staff.Quite a good group of folksAlways right there asking if there is anything they can help you with.Every time I go into the store they are always friendly kind and courteous.I really like that, some places couldn't be bothered to ask you anything.They just let you walk around and leave.not Rona staff in Wallaceburg.They want you to feel like you are appropriated and feel important.As for Rona itself;If it isn't in the store they can9 times out of tenget it for you .I would like to thank the wonderfulmanagement and staff for all the assistance in the past 40 years you have given me.I would like to say thank-you forallowing me to voice my opinions.Have a great week folks.RespectfullyMichael Marchand
