Horrible store, staff was no help very rude, I asked about fish, first I asked about what fish can go into a 5g tank they said no fish can go in there what so ever!After another look around me and my family decided we were going to get a fish for another tank we had with fish already in there, they asked how long the tank was set up for and other information after that they said infront of other customers they can’t take out a fish for me because it wasn’t going to a safe home and they didn’t believe I had another fish tankVery unprofessional and messyI definitely won’t be back to this store

Employees were both in back having a chat when we came in, didnt come out to greet us or offer help. Fish been dead in tanks so long they were bloating out and growing algea.There was either coffee or gross tank water around the tanks drying up. Won't be back for any purpose.

There's a small selection of small animal products but mostly cat and dog items. Prices are a bit high for my taste. We only stopped in here because we were shopping next door at the Bulk Barn. Service was ok.

Great dog washing area. No lifting as the pets are able to walk up steps right into the bath... Self serve wash but they supply everything needed including puppy snacks. Leave the mess of wet towels and fur for someone else to clean up.. $10 plus tax.. Can't beat it.
