Double N Hardwood Floors

Contracted Nick from Double m Hardwood floors to install a new engineered floor in my formal livingroom. He was extremely personable and proffesional. Arrived on time and he and his partner did a great job at a great priice. Didnt cut corners and was in constant communication with my wife and i while installing. Would highly recommend this company. I called Nick mid December and he said he could do my floor in January. I waited for the quote and it never arrived. I called him and emailed him but not reply. Finally I did get him once on the phone and he told me that if I didn't receive the quote by Friday to call him and he would deliver it personally on Saturday. I didn't call him until Saturday but never heard back. I've emailed him and called him several times since then and it is now mid January and I still don't have a quote from him so chances are we won't be doing business. I even left a message saying that if he did not want to do the job to please just let me know but I have not heard a word from him.

Came when he said he would. Explained the process clearly and did an amazing job. My floors look great. Obviously takes pride in his work. Good price. Highly recommend.

Nick has just completed his second project for our house. He transformed a beat-up fir floor into a gleaming home gym. All the work was done on time and on budget with the milestones and process fully explained. A very satisfactory experience with a craftsman who knows his business and keeps his word.
