My wife and I have been very satisfied with, and grateful for, the immigration services provided by David Rosenblatt and his excellent legal team. We entered their WP2PR business visa program, and began the process by applying for a work permit under the category of significant benefit to Canada. David counseled us in detail, and worked out a strategy that is tailored to our specific business (innovative social work). His team then helped us to incorporate a new company in Canada, which was straightforward, and they put together a comprehensive set of documents, based on information we provided them about our work and personal history. We submitted our application at the border with a voluminous document they had prepared for us—nearly 300 pages!—which included a dozen components including: a comprehensive overview letter from counsel, a business plan with charts and graphs tailored to our particular business, professional and financial qualifications for my wife and myself, our incorporation documents, a job offer from our brand new corporation, and detailed copies of our passports documenting our travel history. The overview letter from counsel was 14 pages and presented a very well written overview of our entire professional background, and included detailed research the Rosenblatt team had conducted, including footnotes and citations of published studies we’d never heard of, that made the case for why our particular business was beneficial to Canada. We were so impressed by the quality of this document, and the research done, all tied to our particular business and skill sets, and how they wove this together in a well organized presentation. At the border, the Canadian border official who reviewed our application commented on how well organized our application and supportive materials were, and we received a two-year work permit. Now we will continue with the next stages of the process towards obtaining permanent residence, with utmost confidence and gratitude that we have chosen the right legal team. Highly recommended.

With so many people enthusiastic to migrate to Canada , you are bound to be confused with so many consultants and immigration attorneys guiding you and promising you to get PR . However , after research and meeting many consultants and attorneys, I found the response from Rosenblatt very appropriate, direct and to the point . Their counsel Ms Shannon spent almost 50 minutes answering all possible questions for setting up an office to the pending status of visa application and looking forward to meeting with David who has around 3 decades of experience. I am looking forward to meeting this week and will give my reviews again for our plans to migrate to No.1 destination of the world - Canada . Ms. Shannon also was considerate in offering us Canadian fees instead of US fees which would be adjusted and set off if we go for full service .
