Recently I had my drain line separate from my house and had water backing up in the house. Service was too of the line and the team was quickly able to get to the house and replace my line. They spent extra time not only fixing my problem but also inspecting the tank as well. At the end of the job they took the extra time to clean up and leave the area in the best shape they could. Would definitely recommend them in the future. Pricing was more then fair as well.

You can't ask for better! I had plans to install my septic in March '21 and the frost on roads kept heavy equipment off of them - Universal kept in touch with me to assure of the earliest possible date. When they came out to prepare the install, I shared my dissatisfaction with another septic installer's plan approved by the county (I didn't know any better). Eric the owner suggested a different approach, which completely met my request and got everything approved, installed and cleared up in short order - I was thrilled.The storms came in July and trees dropped everywhere, power was out. Our Electric Company came out to restore power and restring power lines where trees took them out. You would think they would see the Universal Septic sign I put right over the tank and field but they didn't, they drove right over the tank. I called Eric for help, he came out and saw the tank was crushed. He gave me a replacement estimate really fast, after all the communication was completed, he installed the new tank in just a few days.You can't ask for better communication, service and responsiveness. I had contacted 4 different installers and got a lot of delay, lack of return phone calls and over-pricing. I highly recommend Universal to everyone.

Use this company!!Everything, from the initial conversions with you until the moment Don was done, every step of the process was as easy as you said it was going to be and enjoyable.  Eric seemed to have time to talk with me both conversations we had and was very kind and knowledgeable.  Jamie was so kind to talk with on the phone and followed up/did exactly what she told me she was going to do.  Don showed up right on time, was very kind and accommodating and just simply a pleasure to work with on site.  Don even had wonderful things to say about working for the company.Unfortunately, in today's world this does not always happen and the experience becomes less than desirable.  That's NOT the case here! I wanted to make sure you knew that your great customer service was noticed and very much appreciated.I wish nothing but the best and overwhelming success for this company! Universal came to help us in an emergency on a Saturday! They are clean professional and an absolute joy to work with. I called many septic companys and the ones that answered were rude and unprofessional. Eric at Universal is great!! I was looking to purchase a home and the inspector noted there was a potential issue with the septic system. I called Eric (and he answered at 7:30pm!) and he was out the next day to help me investigate. After poking around digging a few holes for over an hour he was able to identify the issue and provide me with guidance on what it was going to take to fix it. When we were done I asked him how much I owed him and it was NOTHING! Eric is the definition of professionalism and service and I will use him for any/all of my future septic needs, and he will be the first name out of my mouth whenever someone needs a recommendation. Highly Recommended!I was having major issues with my septic tank and leach field. Was getting mega backups out of the tank, no liquid making it to the field (old field, tons of roots, collapsed clay pipes, etc.). I panicked and was on a mission to get this solved as quick as possible. Time was very important to me.As soon as I got the perc test and new what the scope of the job would be (conventional gravity field), I asked for quotes from nearly 10 different companies. Eric was the first one (and one of the only ones) to come out to the property and talk about the plan with me. Don't know how you can quote a job without seeing the place.As soon as I got the permit, I sent it over and we signed the contract a few days later, planning to get the job done within 2 weeks. Universal's price was very similar to the other companies, but there were a few details which he included that others didn't. And I appreciated him coming out quickly and agreeing to a quick timeline.He offered to pump our tank as many times as needed until the new system was installed. We used it once, almost twice, and that was a big help.The Universal crew came out first thing on a Monday morning and worked all day, tearing up concrete, collapsing the old tank, setting the new tank, and re-piping the drain pipes outside the house. We didn't have to stop running water in the house at all, which was something I was concerned about having to do.The next day they dug the trenches, laid the leach field stones and pipes, and had the county inspector come by and get everything approved, no problems. Started filling in the dirt.The following day, finished up filling and smoothed out the field. The grade looks great! We had a bunch of massive roots, clumps 6-7 feet in diameter... the guys dug a massive hole in the yard and buried them and smoothed it out. You'd never know.They did a great job of not destroying other parts of the yard away from the leach field. Kept the machine paths the same, kept the stone truck off the driveway to prevent cracking the concrete, etc. I asked if I could keep the extra stones and they moved them to a nice spot for me.The crew put up with my incessant questions and always walking around looking at the work. I was just curious, but I'm sure that was annoying. never came off that way though. Friendly guys.Overall, very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend to anyone with a septic issue like this. Finished in 2-1/2 days and we are good to go. Thanks Eric!
